Rachael Swinnerton (Hoyle)Great first interaction with Matt regarding my Workers Compensation case however quite concerning with the refusal to divulge professional fees, sundries etc (not an estimate) I personally did not sign with this firm as I did not like the that fact we were not on the same page nor were they honest.It is really important for whoever approaches this firm make sure you do your research and have a understanding of fee structure and do not sign until you’ve reviewed all documentation . Yes while the first stage of Workers Compensation fees are covered by the government the second stage is not.

Do not use these so called lawyer's. They only care about lining their own pockets. They definitely don't care about you. It makes me sick everytime i see their commercial.
