My understanding hairdresser, Brianna recently moved to CMS as previous salon closed. The salon is modern, clean and comfortable. The manager Jo is very friendly and impressed as caring and considerate about her staff. The cost inexpensive. All hair services available.

I was a walk-in. I wanted a simple straight haircut for straight locks that I can almost sit on. I understand that I didn't make an appointment so was prepared to wait. When I enquired about cost, I was told $45.00 by one staff member and the hairdresser with an Eastern European accent who said she would take care of me said she would be 15 minutes". Booked an appointment for 12.30 sunday at 11 18am Sunday got a call to ask if I could come earlier arrived at 12. Noon to be told my name wasnt on their booking sheet.One man only working gave him my colour details he had no idea about the colour when asked where the other person was was told he had gone home.Originally booked with Rebecca was then advised she had a public holiday tomorrow and wasnt in.Felt very uncomfortable with this person who had no idea.He had rung Rebecca to check out the colour.I spoke to Rebecca saying I was not comfortable with this.I advised I would put in a review she said please dont.I also advised that I have had two other uncomfortable experiences here and that after 20 years of coming to this salon I would be finding somewhere else.Totally unsatisfactory.

Absolutely wonderful service here! Amazing staff, very friendly and professional and Jodie is such a beautiful lady. I love coming here, not just for the hair cuts but for the love chats as well. Their Keratin treatments here are also fantastic! I've had keratin done here 3 times and very happy with it. Highly recommend!!

I spoke to Sam explaining I had a poor haircut from a previous salon that needed fixing and she booked me in to see her to have it fixed. I turned up to my appointment to be told it was her day off. The staff were extremely rude to myself and a couple of other customers waiting at the counter, because we interrupted their discussions. I was told another hairdresser will do it and the tone and aggressive mannerism was very unexpected. I just couldn’t trust my hair to be cut again by someone who had an attitude problem, that I ended up walking out. This place has poor reviews for a reason.

Had Balayage done by Azita. I am so happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend this place.

DISASTER! HairColour! My hair has fallen out and had to cut it off ! Brianna did a great job foilingMy hair not too blonde as my hair is too fine and damaged from past hairdressers overcolouring with too much colour- it took me 3 years to be able to get my hair back to good condition so I could brush it- then before they washed the colour off, jodi filled my hair to the ends with bleach which she advised was a treatment! MY HAIR is destroyed to this day I can barely brush it it looks like straw ! Do NOT GO TO THIS SALON - my hair is destroyed! Stay away

Brianna just moved to CMS as her hairdresser closed down. we follow her there as she is a good hairdresser very professional and caring.The place is lovely and clean and we both feel very comfortable there.

Was very privaleged to have them colour and condition my hair. Great job!

This is a copy of a Facebook message AND email that went unanswered...I popped in on Monday on the off chance you were able to fit me in for a cut and blow dry, you were obviously busy but could fit me in 20 minutes later... When I came back I had to pretend to be interested in products on the shelf while a very important conversation was being had between staff. Hair was washed (which you clearly didn't have time for as the conditioner might as well have just gone from the bottle to the sink the little time it spent on my hair) and was then moved to a salon chair, ooh the fun begins! When asked what I wanted (which was only really a tidy up from what I already have) being asked WHY?" like I was a simpleton wanting to bleach my dark brown hair platinum blonde
