A brilliant pharmacy with knowledgeable staff. I have been to several other pharmacies around Sydney and this one was the only one that could give me the right information and advice! I’ll be coming here from now on.

Worst pharmacy ever! My wife used to work there and she always came home with the stressful mind saying being bullied by the pharmacist manager and the dispensary technician by the words. They try to keep the fake smile on the face with the customers but actually are evils.

Not even worth 1 star!!!! I came in here on the weekend with my 6 month old daughter. Long story short, daughter crying and we had to leave ASAP. I was given a generic version of the medication without being told. So angry as I wouldn't mind paying that little bit more!!

We were looking for the sinus rinse for my elderly neighbour, online Amcal Pharmacy had NeilMed Sinus Rinse Refill - 120 Packs for $24.49. we head down to Amcal Pharmacy Moorebank and found the exactly same product for $30.00. It's dearer than online. Finally we found the same product in On Pharmacy Cabramatta for only $21.99. It's $8.00 different for the same product, it worth for us to shop around before decide to buy from local chemist. We were happy for the competitive price on the same product also the helpful and friendly assist from On Pharmacy.

I hope the people of this chemist read these reviews. Due to my chronic illness I had come to this chemist for my medications for the last 20 years plus. I didn’t mind sometimes had to wait for along while for the medicines recently. But today I felt very disappointed about the service I received. I knew all the old staffs (who have been working there since forever) and they were and still are very friendly and helpful. I saw many new faces behind the counter today and COME ON, don’t you choose who to get hired to HELP US, your patients? They’re inattentive, rude and not helpful at all. Well, I am taking my business elsewhere where I can get more help and not being looked down. Such ashamed.

Fair price, helpful staff. Speaks English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Khmer, Lao. Only down side, the shop this too small.

Terrible service and total disrespect to their customers. My uncle went to On's Pharmacy to purchase his prescription medicine and paid for it at the counter. I suppose there might have been some unprofessionalism amongst the staff as the lady at the counter forgot that she had taken his payment and proceeded to accuse him of stealing after he picked up his prescription and walked out. Staff held him there and spoke harshly to him as they rewatched the CCTV cameras only to realise they were in the wrong. Carelessness and lack of work ethic on behalf of the staff should not have led to the public humiliation and mistreatment of an innocent, paying customer.
