This was a awesome experience,Geoff knows exactly what he’s doing with the sauna and ice bath which helping me with recovery for back painThe location is great, the sauna is on a big deck over-looking the garden and bush land to aid in the enjoyment of the experience.Highly recommend

Everything about this experience was brilliant. Geoff’s genuine warmth, wisdom and passion for sauna and cold exposure shone through and helped set us up for a beautiful and memorable experience. The surroundings were pristine ~ his attention to detail (essential oils, clean comfy towels, lighting, music, clear explanations) all added to the ambiance and serenity. We can’t thank you enough for sharing your amazing space with us.

What an experience! Geoffrey is the quintessential master of saunas. The sauna arrived to our property heated and ready to go (along with towels, essential oils, jarrah wood fuel and all the trimmings). The sauna was setup so we had a view of the ocean at sunset and close enough to the pool for a plunge between sessions. I’d recommend this experience to absolutely anyone and will be doing it again on my next visit.

Vitality Steam Sauna
Geoff's sauna/ice bath experience was the perfect ending to our week. As Geoff offers the mobile sauna experience from March 1st we opted for his Norwegian stone sauna and ice bath (at a very chilly 3 degrees I might add) at his picturesque residence in Dunsborough. Geoff is passionate about the health benefits of the sauna and this really came across during our brief and debrief. For us, a great way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday, the icing on the cake being a mother and joey kangaroo paying us a visit during our homeostatic recovery. We'll be booking the mobile sauna with friends very soon

We hired this sauna (and ice bath) for a corporate event and it was a huge hit. Geoff (business owner) was great to work with and the sauna was spacious, clean and incredibly relaxing. Ice bath was a great addition. Highly recommend and will hire again for sure.

Great experience with the vitality steam sauna! Fabulous Finnish sauna with 90 kg of rocks for perfect soft steam, (the real deal!). Coupled with a refreshing ice bath and lovely deck loungers amid the tree’s in the forest.
