I’ve been seeing Emma for years, she is always amazing, consistently does my hair perfectly each time and understands what I want.I’ve see other girls at the salon as well and they are all amazing.The vibe is so great as soon as you walk in, you feel at home.

Coming to Bambi and Bear is always a wonderful experience.I've been seeing Emma for a few years now and will continue to come back for the friendly welcoming atmosphere.All of the stylist's are amazing.Will always recommend to anyone asking about my hair.

The team at Bambi and Bear is always so lovely and welcoming. Each team member is easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to help clients. My stylist, Summer is wonderful. Not only is she extremely talented, but she listens and is accomodating to all and any of my needs. It's taken me 9 years to find a hair and colour specialist who delivers outstanding results and so Summer has been an absolute GODSEND.Could not recommend this place enough!

Emma was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great looking trim without taking off too much length. Salon has a lovely atmosphere and everyone is super welcoming! Highly recommend :)

I used to see Lily at this salon and she always did an amazing job of my hair. Unfortunately while she’s been on Maternity leave I’ve returned and seen Izzie instead. I went in asking for regrowth on my money pieces and Izzie has convinced me to add more blonde. This extra hair went a brassy yellow and the whole area was patchy all over. On the night I asked her to try and make the whole area more orange so the brassy pieces wouldn’t stand out so much. Whatever she did didn’t result in this. The hair was patchy, brassy with at least three different shades, none the colour I asked for. The next day several people in my office told me they were shocked I was allowed to leave the salon like this. I went to purchase hair dye to correct it myself and when the sales person found out a salon did my hair he refused to sell it to me and said I had to go back and get them to fix it. I called and said I was unhappy with the colour and rebooked for Izzie to correct it. When I got to the salon she was rude and told me my hair didn’t look bad, that she’d done a good job and it was actually my hairs fault it was so patchy not hers. We discussed options and I picked out a copper colour that I thought would help cover up the brass. While she was colouring she told me I was going to look like a pumpkin, not something anyone wants to hear. She didn’t place the towels correctly and my shirt was soaking wet when I left the sink. When she dried it the colour was a lot brighter than I had expected. She angrily got the colour swatches and put the one I picked out next to my hair and told me it’s exactly what I asked for (it was close but mine was a lot brighter). The colour is still patchy, I’ve found pieces of blonde all through it. Without me asking she has cancelled another appointment I had booked with a different stylist at the salon. The colour is better and I appreciate I wasn’t charged for the correction, but the rudeness was so hard to deal with I left almost in tears. I’m disappointed because I’ve had such a lovely experience with Lily in the past and do not feel welcome back because of Izzie. While Izzie is working there I cannot recommend this salon.

Could not rate this salon highly enough. I had a consultation with Emma a few months back to discuss my goals for my hair, she gave me advice on treating the damage and made a plan for restoring my severe regrowth and dry hair. We assessed the condition of my hair again and I was able to move forward with an idea I had.Emma is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and experienced and I felt I was in safe hands. Leaving the studio today, I feel confident and so excited that we got to this stage.If you’re looking for stylists that can give you realistic goals and amazing results, this is the place to go.Their interior is meticulously designed and the team instantly makes you feel welcome and at home. You can even enjoy a tea or margarita while you’re waiting for that perfect lift!

Love this salon. The girls are all so down to earth and welcoming. They listen really well to what kind of look you want for your hair and always deliver the goods. I've never been disappointed here and would recommend to anyone . Reasonably priced services too!

I can't stress how much I love Bambi and Bear! For at least three years, I have frequented this salon, and I have never had a negative experience there. My hair always looks amazing, and Lily, Izzie, and Emma are always very nice and accommodating! I won't go anywhere else!

I had the most amazing experience at Bambi and Bear! The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. I was greeted as I walked in, and Jasmine was my hairdresser who got started with me brainstorming ideas to create a fun and unique hairstyle with her own individual flare and expertise to make it come to life.The team were all 1 on 1 with clients so I felt like I had Jasmines complete attention and care to get the best result. And it really was the best result!I was offered a list of cocktails, a complimentary snack and on top of that a complimentary cheese board for one! This was by far the best snacks and cocktails I have ever had in a salon and it was incredible.Jasmine is a hair wizard, and her creations always leave me feeling fresh and beautiful. I don’t live in Brisbane but I would make the trip as often as I can to feel this special again!
