The store has good variety of mattresses and at reasonable price.The guy called Reymond is arrogant and rude. He is terrible in customer care and doesn't know how to behave with customers.He forgets the advance amount you have paid.If you are visiting this store, make sure you have everything in pen and paper. If possible, record your conversation for future reference.

One of the worst buying experience I had in my entire life. I could not believe the rudeness and disrespect I was treated with by the shopkeeper named Raymond. The guy had the audacity to come and shout and make a scene in my building when he delivered the mattress at home.Going to make sure I submit a police report against the harrasment done at my own premises

Owner is manner less, cheat and corrupt person. At the time of selling he is someone else and after a totally rude person. Never recommend anyone to go to this store. All this good rating is paid ratings and review.

Never buy from this seller. I bought a wardrobe. Which comes with many schraches, so much dirt and even some cracks. It looks second hand though I paid for new. It is very low in quality and drawer has different color inside.Owner(Raymond) is very rude. I went to the store at a time he asked me to come after I paid my amount he said the driver has key for van and he is not here and told me to come the next day. Despite of all his behaviour and condition of store I bought with no pleasure and completely regret with such a pity condition.It was such a miserable buy and waste of money.

Very bad experience. Very arrogant and rude people. Sold defective bed and when asked for replacement, lied saying that another piece is not available. When I asked him to cancel the order, in the next minute he replaced the item. This guy is not fit for this kind of business. Fake people. Don't ever think about going to this store.

My worst customer experience ever. The guy in the store is mannerless, boorish and rustic. He has no respect for customers and expects them to know everything about mattress and his stuff, completely arrogant. This store has some better stuff but would give a negative rating owing to the guy sitting there like a duffer.

Do not buy anything from this business unless you go and see the item and collect it by yourself at the same time. The business owner Raymond doesn't know abc of customer service and very unreliable person. I saw their website liked a (bed+mattress) package, went to the store to buy. This guy Raymond (the owner) said the website is wrong. Excuse me! it's your website. Anyways, didn't want to waste my time and spend $50 extra to buy a different mattress and asked for a home delivery with extra charge. On the day of delivery, another surprise and he didn't send the matters which I selected in the store. When I called him and complained about it his response was, I don't want to deal with you and hang up the phone on me. He needs to lean Australian business ethics and how to deal with customers. Mate, do yourself a favour and join a business management course and stop using your mobile phone (texting & chatting) while dealing with your customer. Never again to his store and I will stop all my friends from going there.

price are good and reasonable, but customer handling is so bad. boy on phone call and reception is so rude always. He don't know how to deal with a customer. Some time even busy on chatting and texting on phone.and took about 5 days in a near by delivery.

Had bought beds 2 yr back. They are good. But when I went to purchase a couch, he just shows the photo on website and asked us to buy. Without showing the material why will some one buy. Then he was rude in saying we do not display.

Real cheaters. Don't buy any item from these guys. These idiots cheat the customers in many ways. I paid $650 for a lounge and dining set and forgot to take the invoice. When I went to collect the invoice they said I paid only $540. Why would I go to their store when I pay less? Although the prices were less don't go with these cheaters. It's better to go with some branded stores. Never ever I buy any item from them.
