Grampians Motel

Beautiful location - loved the kangaroos and emus wandering around the property. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We ended up staying another night in order to do more walks in the area!

I have stayed at this place several times, and I find it convenient as it is located near the Halls Gap central business district. The views are also breathtaking, and I enjoy the serene environment with the Grampians National Park as the backdrop. The wildlife and scenery are also excellent. I stayed here for business while working at Halls Gap, and I have no complaints.

Beautiful location in Halls Gap. We stayed in the studio apartment. Set at the back of the complex it was quiet and the perfect location. We loved the fire pit and all the wildlife that came right to our door. The studio definitely needs a renovation and a good clean but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Close to Halls Gap and tranquil location.

Great motel just outside of the main town. Wonderful outlook and there is plenty of natural wildlife that shares the grounds. Wonderful service and hospitality from Wendy while we were there. The restaurant cook does the best parmys we have ever had.

I really enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. We had a superior room that was actually very cheap. The room was huge and had just had a fresh update. The bathroom was massive with a huge counter and well lit large mirror - fantastic!We ate in their restaurant and it was a very enjoyable meal, cooked fresh. We both had a chicken parmigiana and the chicken was thick and super moist and tender. The chips and salad were fantastic too. The salad could have done with some dressing though.The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything from the accommodation to local attractions and things to do and see.We loved the kangaroos and Emu's that surrounded our stay here, one in particular Kanga was super friendly and you could gently pat him.We will be back!

Although a bit dated, the room was spacious and clean. It had a fridge, microwave and TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate an evening meal in the restaurant and it was delicious. The mountain views are spectacular and the local wildlife was right on the doorstep, literally. We woke to a cockatoo tapping on the window and a kangaroo grazing next to the car. Emus were just strolling about. As a Brit on a first trip to Victoria, this was just wonderful.

Awesome place to stay. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Newly renovated rooms and plenty of space. Kangaroos everywhere and some Emu's. Dinner and breakfast at the Views restaurant.Stayed in a lot of Hotels and this is definitely up there with the best. Next visit will be back to stay here again.

We stayed here for a family vacation and found the rooms neat, tidy and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. My partner is in a wheelchair, both manual and powered. Good accessibility for both chairs.Lots of beautiful and friendly wildlife. Restaurant available. A relaxing and tranquil place. Would definitely stay here again.

Paid extra for a superior room which came with a bath, the bath water was brown and then at 11pm our toilet broke and wouldn't flush, when lifting the lid someone had done a half-job of trying to fix it. When told the issues the next morning not bothered. I asked for a $50 refund so that we only paid the price of a regular room, considering we didn't have a toilet and couldn't use the bath, I thought this was fair only to be ignored!Not worth the money and would not stay again, there are much nicer places we have stayed in the Grampians.
