Chipmunks Playland and Cafe Northland

This place is awesome for all ages the projectors in the ball pit and under 5 area gives extra cool vibe. Went to a private party and food was awesome.

It is an excellent place for kids. It is clean and fresh spot. Most important that 2_ 4 kids area is closed. Good coffee and perfect staff. It is recommonded.

I was upset with the way our family was treated. By the owners. We asked 2 adults to move out of the ball pit area that has a sing that states no adults. He complained the owner (both Chinese) in their own language about us. A lovely Chinese lady next to me told me that he said we are stupid and the owner agreed say we are just regular Australians. I find this hard to understand as we were only pointing out their rules. There is no need for racism anywhere and definitely not around children.I won’t return as this type of behaviour is not acceptable in a society that wants us all to be more accepting of other cultures but it also needs to include ours.Poor form

Recently had my daughter's birthday party here, and it was great. Lang was great at accommodating to my visual ideas which were different to their usual parties so I thank him & the team for that. The team helped us set up and it all turned out amazing. The food was all made fresh and taste delicious!! The platters are all so great for value. Thank you for helping us host this party. We all had the best time!

Really disappointed with our visit today. There was no management happening especially in the 0-5 years play area. Heaps of kids 7 years and over jumping from the roof of the cubby house and running amuck, adults with their shoes on in the play area and adults going down the slide. Unsafe for smaller children. Disappointing management just turns a blind eye. Real shame because the equipment is good for little children however we basically were stuck in a corner and unable to use much of the play equipment due to the bigger kids being so rowdy.

Our fave play centre. Great <5s area with video slippery slide and waterfall slide. Nice and clean. Friendly staff and the home made dumplings are really delicious. While it looks small on entry, it is set up really well. In the 5+ area, there’s an interactive video ball pit (which the parents always love too!), lots of fun fixtures in the climber. The inflatable super slide is great, and the younger kids love the roller slide.

I took my granddaughter to this venue while I was babysitting. It’s so clean and fresh. I’ve been to several play centres before and this was the best. Spotless and great fun. The staff were lovely. Cost was a little more than I’d paid before at $11.50 I think but worth it.

Kids had an awesome time. Not too much not too less. You can viee them from any seating and cafe is just next to the play.

As others have reported here, the type of kids in this place are bullies and very ill mannered, their parents can’t be bothered and staff don’t supervise at all. The place is also extremely over crowded which is not safe for those under 5. Go to another play Center in a suburb with decent crowd and safer for your child.

Chipmunks hosted our son's birthday and it was a great success! A good time had by all. The team took care of everything, meaning that we could enjoy ourselves too. Highly recommend!
