Surfers Century Oceanside Apartments

Views and space only good things. The hotel is very dated. You get one garbage bag and one sachet to wash dishes in sink and one for dishwasher. No extra clean towels given during stay. And when we asked for more toilet paper we were told there would be a charge!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - photos look NOTHING like the apartment we paid $1000 for. Absolute shack of a place - the bathroom looks like it was built in the 90s although the photos show brand new bathrooms, and the entire apartment smelt like B.O. Don’t waste your money and be fooled like we have been.

Poor service with poor amenities in the apartment. Although meant to be self-contained apartments, the utensils provided were not really clean. Rice cooker needed a thorough clean before use and every knob in the kitchen was loose. Windows and balcony doors were broken and supplies like toilet rolls/ garbage bags were inadequate. We were expected to pay if we asked for an extra roll of toilet paper although we stayed for 5 days. Will not recommend except for vod views from.the apartment.

We loved our stay here. Loved the ocean views from balcony and bedroom. Will definitely come back here

My wife and little ones loved our stay. Thank you for accommodating us in our stay, we loved the apartment, playground, pool, BBQ/Outdoor area, being so close to the beach and to the main strip of Surfers Paradise. The apartment had clean facilities and everything that was needed for our stay was available. Thanks again and when we are up your way in the future we won't hesitate to book again.

We didn't know what to expect before we arrived after having read reviews, but we were gobsmacked as soon as we opened the door. Apartment 2501 is the most stunning apartment we have ever stayed in. And the views are absolutely stunning. The owner of this apartment has done an amazing job. We will definitely be returning here on future holidays and requesting this particular apartment.

Have stayed in a lot of hotels this by far is the worst place I have ever stayed in would advise people to never stay there. Was the worst experience I have had at a hotel by far horrible.

I have booked in Room 2005,Was not clean , furniture was very old and ugly. service was bad no towels changed for four days even the shampoo and the soap has bed smell. kitchen was not clean too .the view was good the pool was good

First holiday in 20 years for myself, my fiance and i first holiday together absolute nightmare after all the covid drama for nearly 3 years.we were hanging to see family that we couldn't get to and only stayed at the place due to a slight overlap at my brothers.i had stayed here previously many years ago and the stay was brilliant.The new Management was absolute trash no warning no call to our room nothing just security turning up in full rent a fed uniform stab vest included very agressive to my fiance about loud music plus a $70 charge at 10'oclock aparently it was a massive party, 2 people just myself and my finance a beats pill half volume in the lounge area of apartment nothing really security said we could keep music on just to move music inside it already was inside. Management called security instead of our room which by the way was room 703 dirty dusty blood on sheets and dooner that was not very nice so I washed said blanket we had to use a single doona from a spare bed and wash sheets on first night not sure if it was cleaned before we got there or they expected us to clean it for ourselves we stayed for 4 nights.I guess the Management has to charge for all that on the off season when you leave just something else for me to complain About, construction noises all morning above our room although I didn't complain. DIshes were dirty,dishwasher stunk DRAIN WAS VERY BLOCKED i just left it for the next person,dryer didn't dry clothes at all , kitchen was very unclean mugs were filthy i was not impressed at all. I would highly suggest paying the extra to stay somewhere else as it ends up the same price anyway after extra charges that were just totally manufactured how do you prove it right the general attitude.The place was run down from the start just another scam accomodation trash trash trash.

Checked in around 1pm and left by 9.30pm. Was booked in for 4 nights and didn't even last a night. Nothing like the photos, not even close to what the photos looked like. Dirty, floors were sloping in different directions, wind noise was unsettling coming through the apartment when all the windows were closed. Bed side lamps not plugged in and no powerpoint to plug them in to. Windows were filthy. 1 of the 2 elevators seemed like it was about to break, the 3rd out of order. Do not recommend at all.
