Goulburn Power Centre

Terrible service. They had my bare rims for a whole week, then charged $111 labour to fit the two tyres that I also purchased. They never returned phone calls, I had to chase everything up. Dont waste your time or money with Goulburn Power Centre, BUY EVERYTHING ONLINE!!!

The team at the power centre fixed all my old and terribly maintained tools with a smile and on time . Now i have the cordless and petrol sthil range they are unreal ! . I have drain cleaning machines for my plumbing company Corey and his team always help me fixing / maintaining everything and educating my team how to use or maintain better. Very happy

Efficient and knowledgeable staff and service.

Don't buy a bike from them or expect them to have it ready when they say, worst customer service experienced. Can't even reply to emails unless to ask for money. Drove 4hrs to pick up after servicing and was told it wasn't ready even though I called the day before. This was pre covid!

Purchased a Honda EU30i Generator from here about 2 years ago. Staff were helpful and friendly at the time. About 2 months ago the generator started to play up (throttle issue causing it to die sporadically), so this week we bit the bullet and took the generator in here to be checked over (despite it being our only source of power at the moment due to a dodgy solar set up - long story). The staff, despite being seemingly flat out, took our generator in and had diagnosed the issue by the end of the day. Even better, they identified it to be a warranty issue, and told us it would be ready by the end of today. When the parts didn't come in time, they loaned us a generator to get us through the next few days, despite having no obligation to do so! Very impressed.

Happy to sell you a mower or service, but painful to get parts to fix things at home. Almost like their whole business model is getting you locked into expensive repeat repairs. Latest update: woman couldn't log into John Deere to get part number so couldn't help me. Wasn't able to take physical part I had and manually find replacement.

Awesome customer service and very friendly staff even tho I don't own a Honda motorbike they still did their very best to help me

The service was really good but there is a fair wait to get jobs done.
