Ordered 1/2 carrot cake and 1/2 black forest online. The pickup option was for the next day but I gave the store a call and they were more than happy to give me same day pickup. Moreover the cakes were fresh and delicious.

Bought a coffee pecan torte for a Birthday on 14th April cake bought home was not edible at all. Went to cut it and it went all crumbly and fell apart and had the texture of crumbly sand instead of holding up like a normal cake should.. Guest could not eat it ended up in the bin. Lucky we also had another cake from somewhere else.Very disappointing.

To be honest, I am really shocked to see there are some reviews here praised about good customer service????? The person who served us has no clue about customer service what so ever!!!! He was talking me as I was first in the line, then in the mid of conversation, he just shut me off and ignored me completely and start talking to the next customer just arrived to the store. When I provided my feedback politely for my experience which was quite unpleasant. I was told that if you don't like it then you can leave"!!!!!! He was so arrogant and rude

I bought a cheese cake before and it was supposed to be freshly baked, when I took it back home the base was already crumbling apart. It did not taste fresh either: I think the owner is trying his best to save money compromising the quality. Probably it’s time for you to move on?

Purchased a pavlova and had no cream at all on top very disappointed as i was looking forward to it. Not happy at all as i had to make my own cream.
