Went to this store looking for carpet options, they had plenty. Staff were attentive, process were reasonable

My sister just had carpet laid in her 3 bedrooms. The whole process from measure & quote to completion of job took less than 2 weeks - extremely efficient. Michael and Jack did a brilliant job laying the carpet. They were perfectly on time, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the service and we are very happy customers.

Absolutely atrocious service. I booked in a date for installation. No-one turned up. I called once and was told they would be there at midday. At 3pm, I called again and was told I would be called back but no-one did. When I called the next weekday to find out what happened, they had no explanation and offered no assistance to rectify. Definitely taking my business elsewhere - what a terrible company!I would have been happy to pay a deposit had I been asked and given details of how to do so. I suggest in the future, telling people upfront if their stock hasn't been ordered and an installation is not going ahead instead of giving false promises of installers being on their way. At no time on the day was I advised of an issue. Shows a lack of professionalism and poor understanding by their staff of their own processes and requirements.

My mother had a pipe burst & flood her floor, in January she met with Alison who said she would be in contact within the next few days, this never happened, my mother called & left several messages & never got a response, my father was hospitalised shortly before, here we are FOUR months later & he is now in palliative care & unable to.come home to spend his last days as the house is simply not safe for him to do so, well done Alison you are a sensational human, he will now die in that horrid hospital. Great customer service there. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT!!!!!

I just had vinyl installed in my lounge/dining room. Customer service was great, with confirmation calls and answering all my questions. Price was the cheapest of four quotes in Fyshwick and the installation was fantastic. Cleaned up afterwards and reattached folding doors. Very happy and highly recommend.

I have bought floating timber flooring from them twice now, they are always fast with their quotes and when they book in the job, the prices are relatively competitive and the job is done to a high standard. Very happy, definitely recommend.

I was here today with a friend. She needed a small rug. The staff there were super helpful and were so nice. I have an issue with my own carpet. A small piece of hot coal has left a hole. They wrote out the name and number of a man who can help me with this. A very good visit there today
