We hired equipment for my daughters birthday and not only was communication/co-ordination with Jeremy great, the kids had an absolute blast! Highly recommend! The cleanliness of the equipment is definitely worth noting too.

Jeremy provided soft play and toys for the little ones attending our wedding last Saturday. He was absolutely fantastic - great to deal with in the lead up to the event, was able to accommodate our bump in and bump out times (and the late pack up!) and the toys he provided were just fantastic. We highly recommend The Toy Tent!

We hired the ball pit and jumping castle for a 1st birthday with variety of ages attending. The kids loved the play equipment, the play area was never empty. Jeremey was fantastic to deal with, he answered every call I made to him, which I think is very important when trying to plan these type of things.Jeremy was very professional, helpful and friendly. On the day, Jeremy was on time, the play equipment was set up without any fuss and same with clean up. Thank you Jeremy, we will definetly be using your play equipment in the future again!

Hired the Jnr Ball Pit on a busy weekend (Easter Sunday) - The children loved it! The 'Floating balls' made it more than a ball pit for the kids!It was very well setup and clean, the soundproof box around the pump meant children weren't drawn towards the noise!Jeremy was fantastic in communication during preparation for the event - even with a logistical challenge posed by the location/date/time of our event, Jeremy made the process seamless!Will definitely use in the future. :)

We hired the ball pit, soft play equipment , jumping castle and bubble machine for my son's 1st birthday/Christening celebration. The equipment was clean and Jeremy was thorough with setting up and packing up. The play equipment was a hit and kept all the kids highly entertained the whole time. Excellent service and the soft playground with the ball pit was a huge hit with all the kids at our party. All ages from toddlers to bigger kids and tweens. The bigger kids enjoyed building things with the blocks. The little ones loved the ball pit and bouncey animals. It was the best form of entertainment for our kids party and worth the money for all the smiles. Highly recommend!

We had joined 1st Birthday Party with Mothers Group -11 babies with parents&grandparents. Decided to hire Ball Pit with slide last minute - one week prior party. Jeremy responded while was overseas advising he’ll be back next day and confirm availability on Sunday. Great communication via phone and email, very helpful with all information and answered very promptly all questions. Delivery to our premises was only $50.00 including set up and pack up& ball pit only $150.00. Jeremy turned up on time set up very quickly 20-30min max, so overall was great experience and babies enjoyed the equipment. Would be looking to hire more staff next Birthday party with toys. Very professional, clean equipment and friendly services. Jeremy was very thorough with setting up the marquee and surrounds. Very competitive with hire costs and helpful. Kids loveeeeeed the toys, had a fantastic time. Will definitely use his services again!!
