My husband took his alienware laptop there to replace the battery. Was told they needed to order the battery and was required to pay $50 as a down payment. Took his laptop in about a week later and they ordered the incorrect battery and that the correct battery would need to be ordered from overseas and would take a long time. Was advised it wouldn't be worthwhile fixing it and therefore my husband left the store, they didn't even refund the $50.We then somehow stumbled across Geekslab in Fyshwick who were very confident, they ordered the battery from Sydney that took only a day to arrive and had the laptop fixed within 2 days.Shop around first people!!

Ren has been very helpful in getting my laptop fixed. They sourced the cheapest sokutions but do not compromise on quality. Anna has been very easy to deal with whenever I contacted them for an update. They were transparent on what was happening. Definitely recommend to others.

Amazing prices and place for buying new computers and parts. I bought the high end gaming Pc recently from there and It's awesome. considering I didn't know much about computers,The lady called Anna in there really helped me with what i really wanted she knows her stuffs well .They also give a very good discounts as well that you wouldn't find anywhere else in Canberra.Highly recommended.

Ren and his wife are amazing! They were so helpful and both very knowledgeable. Ren built a custom gaming PC for my son. Ren listened to our needs and budget and came up with custom build that was right for us. My son absolutely LOVES it!! Can’t thank you enough Ren!Highly recommend!

I believe the man was Ren, he was extremely helpful in helping my fixing an issue with my laptop at such an affordable price too, as well as doing so on the same day after receiving a quote from another store saying it will take a week. Due to issues with my laptop overheating, I went in there to get the computers innerworking clean. Despite needing it done on short notice and with less than 2 and a bit hours before service closed they cleaned and fixed the heating issues. Couldn't rate their services highly enough!
