Drifters Boat Hire Brooklyn Hawkesbury

Great experience hiring a bbq boat from Drifters Boat Hire. Everything ran on time, the boat was very clean and Dave so helpful showing us where to find good fishing spots and a schedule to make the most out of our day. Definitely recommend it.

Having an amazing day in Brooklyn! Dave is so nice and we are having a wonderful service.The boat is amazing that it is easy to drive and control. Highly recommend the boats if you want to chill and have fun in Brooklyn.

Relatively trouble free boating , easy to book and pay , easy to get deposit back . Boats were as expected . BBQ boat Lenocs .

Like the river and the view. But cannot agree with the service provided.Three reasons why I gave one star: 1. After booking the boat online, the owner's phone was not available and after meeting with him, he reasoned that he didn't like to answer the phone, which was very unprofessional. 2. Because we couldn't start the stove, we called the owner to ask for help. We were grateful that the owner showed up in time to help us solve the problem with the stove, but the day after we returned, we were deducted $20 in bonds, on the grounds that it helped us turn on the stove. Theoretically, any service due to problems on board should be included in the cost of the boat rental fee. So I can't see how the deduction is justified. 3. The most unbearable thing was that the captain was very critical of our dress code. It was very rude and unprofessional to post that our clothes should not be worn for fishing.

We had a great day on the Hawkesbury on this really well equipped boat. There was plenty of room for the whole family and extended family. We had a great BBQ lunch with the onboard BBQ and plenty of room for everyone fishing. Our children had room to move around and wore the supplied Lifejackets all day. We found a lovely little beach for the children whilst the adults continued fishing. We will definitke be hiring this boat again.

What an awesome day on the Hawkesbury with the family (Monday 18th Jan '21). Have only praises and no complaints for the boat provided and the attention given to us by David upon arrival. The day ended with an Esky full of large fish (that was eaten for dinner that night!) and a house full of smiles from all the kids. Will definately be returning for the larger Johno" boat with even more family members!"

Absolute gem of a day today! Dave was so awesome showing us the tips and tricks of the Hawkesbury River and reminding us of the safety whilst in the vessel. 10/10 would recommend. Looks like I'll be seeing Dave a lot more over the summer and borrowing his other pontoons. Thanks mate!
