The service is always nice but definitely best to go to an AUPP recognised piercer. The piercers have always been lovely in the past, but as I say the quality is not always the highest, I’ve had some good piercings done here and also had some bad piercings, you pay for what you get with piercings I feel! Staff are friendly though!

Went in here for a browse today and the girl working, (didn’t catch her name but she had blue/green hair) was very lovely. Showed me around the whole store and had great product knowledge while not seeming too pushy for me to buy anything.

not usually a fan of off ya tree, but just had my eyebrow done by a piercer named flick & they were amazing! i get very anxious about needles, they talked me through the entire process of my eyebrow piercing & made it 100% stress free. so so happy with how it turned out, would recommend everybody to get their piercings done by flick :)

It was a good experience, lovely customer service but the young women who did my industrial did it Not far in enough. I asked her if it was fine and she assured me it was, it’s been really iffy to heal these last 4 months and last night it actually ripped out.i know these piercings can take upwards of a year to heal as well and was prepared for it but it has not improved since the day I received it. I’ve had lots of piercings before so I know the proper way to clean it and such and it was very sad to see one of my most exciting and favourite looking piercings be ripped out of my ear, making it impossible to get another there if I want.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of entering this store, I was greeted with an amazing smile and the young lady was very helpful, I got my tongue pierced and one again this lady was so professional at what she did and explained all the details I needed to know thoroughly.I would like to thank her for such a warm.experience, I am from.canberra and shall spread the word to all of my friends heading this way

I wanted to share a lovely experience I had a few months back with acquiring my nose piercing. As it was quite a sensitive area and I am new to the realm of experiencing pain by choice so this was intense but Alex did very lovely job at walking me through the experience and it all went well. Even the recovery went well. Thank you Alex

Yesterday I had a dermal piercing done and I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the friendliness, the professionalism and the cleanliness. Highly recommend!! The girls really make me feel welcome and like I’m at home amongst people that understand me. I’ll definitely be going back in for more.

Customer service is terrible. Have had piercings done and it used to be great but staff have changed and have a huge attittude when you ask questions and seek clarification about things and just don't seem to give any care at all. Would not recommend going here.

Everyone was nice enough and the place was clean. Got two love piercings and one of them is great but the other is extremely crooked. Don’t think the piercers are very highly trained.
