I have been a customer for over 10 years.Steve & Johnny are always honest if work is required for pink slip. I ask why the works are needed & given a good explanation I can understand. The parts they fix or change make a difference to the car & glad they picked it up for safety & performance. Quick turn around time. Johnny and the team at BJAuto are so fast and quite honestly the best in the business. Always so professional and very good at demystifying issues with my car which is just so valuable to someone like me who knows a little about cars but not a lot. I would highly recommend these legends any day of the week! Both mine and my wife’s car has been with them for many years now and would not go anywhere else.

The team treated me with respect. They were honest with the repairs that needed doing. Only one repair was not completed but I will take it back in the next week or so. Overall I was very happy with the service and really appreciated the effort they put in to make me feel comfortable.

We've been taking our car to Johnny for years. He's very thorough and always upfront about what needs to be done. He also makes it really clear when he's recommending something because it's a safety issue vs a comfort issue. Have never felt pressured to spend unnecessarily. Very happy with the service.

The overall service was quick and friendly (I only had to get a pink slip done), but the price they charged to just “degrease engine and tighten covers” was a bit rich. I mean I know I’m paying the eastern suburb tax but $109 for a 10min job is a bit much.

So I wish I had of read the review comments before going to this mechanic for a simple pink slip. Got tricked by the headlight scam where they said the car needed new headlights because they were too dim and it wouldn't pass the inspection (although the same headlights have passed a number of previous inspections). Of course, the new headlights were at massively inflated prices. Also got the headlight buff and headlight alignment thrown in for my troubles.Seems like I am not the only one here - do a search on bulb" or "headlight".
