Great heritage homestead. Great walk and good spot for family picnic, weddings, and get together. This site is looked after by the lovely local volunteers and are very friendly. No entry tickets. There is a little souvenir shop. Please support local volunteers by making a little purchase. Must visit when you are in Lakes Entrance and Gippsland area.

An awesome piece of Australian history hidden away in the hills near Lakes Entrance. Definitely worth a visit.

This place gives the mesmerising view of old heritage and probably gives an opportunity to see the best view of lake entrance.

Lovely grounds with some great bushwalks of varying lengths. We enjoyed exploring the old buildings that were open. The grounds and tracks were beautifully cared for. No cost for entry but they do ask for you to leave some money in the donation box to allow for them to afford the upkeep.

The heritage park is open everyday but the circa 1884 Homestead is open only on certain weekends & possibly this is when Devonshire tea is available as well. Enquire ahead via website.Plenty of parking at entrance where toilets are located. Trail maps can be picked up here as are sign boards with Open day info. Playground, BBQ & gazebo towards left of entrance. Gift shop is only open when volunteers are available.Extensive park area is downward sloping - has well signposted & maintained walking trails. If you don't have the time, just walk in the direction of Cliff Top Walking trail & you will be rewarded with a fab Lookout over Lakes Entrance water inlets. Not far from this point is the old Farm House with Shearing Barn (with rusty vintage equipment), outhouses & dunny still intact. There is a modern drop toilet here too. Cliff Top Trail is a tranquil bush walk with beaut views & wildlife like wallabies (we spotted one) & signs of Wombat/echidna activity. It is possible to navigate up to a certain point with stroller/wheelchair but will need muscle power to get back up!

The heritage park is a very calming and peaceful environment to visit for a nice refreshing walk with your family. It is surrounded by the beautiful ocean. The park also includes a book sale and house which you can visit, all with no expense. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. I would totally recommend this place.

Loved our visit to Nyerimilang Heritage Park where we were lucky enough to catch a local botanical expert giving a talk on the flora found there. The homestead is wonderfully preserved/restored and the grounds beautiful. We did one of the longer walks which was OK but a bit underwhelming, and when we arrived back at the homestead there was a vintage car club visiting so that was an added bonus. Well worth the time to pop out here
