Just a week from Christmas and we needed a dryer for the new apartment. After some online research, we headed off to our retailer of choice, but then we saw Domayne! Then we met Tanya, and my, she was so helpful. Had in stock the dryer we needed, and an excellent deal all round, plus next day delivery! Dryer came today and they installed. Absolutely fantastic service!But the story continues. Our 11yo washing machine had been in storage over 3 months and today died. Tanya to the rescue today with another great deal, and delivery tomorrow morning. And i'm totally confident they will deliver! Domayne...the place to go! And, see Tanya!

We were determined to buy a lounge from Domayne today as we had a really good experience in buying washing machine and fridge in Domayne electric appliance in the morning.However, one of the staff, who called himself the manager and the boss of the shop, walked away rudely when we asked for a better price. Showing no respect no sense of customer service at all. Wish I had never been to this shop.

Went in to buy a lounge 5 - 8 seater at 3:05 pm Saturday 26th feb. We must not of looked like we had money as group of 5 staff standing around talking toeach other and we could not get service. Wanted to buy this green lounge wanted to see if we could get in different colour.but zero help. Recommend going somewhere else.

Poor delivery and installation service. Wrong item delivered because the salesman made a mistake which is outrageous. Didn’t pay thousands to get all these marks and chips. Cannot be removed. Ruined my day!

We would like to share our story and celebrate the victory of outstanding customer service by the Owner and 2IC at Domayne Bundall Bedding & Furniture. My wife and I spent close to $20,000 on a Tempur base and mattresses… etc. We were willing to pay whatever it took to get the best sleep each night. Tempur mattresses for some are fabulous but for us it was the worst sleep we have ever had with neck, shoulder and body ache each morning. We did everything we were told to do to soften the mattress with no avail. Tempur the company would not support it’s customers needs and sent us a letter of excuse so that they had no responsibility. This is where I want to jump up and down and really shout Marc and Tania’s praises from Domayne Bundall. They listened, they went into bat for us and through a lot of hard work and a sincere willingness to help, they were able to exchange our Tempur mattresses for a mattress that is perfect for us. It is literally the best mattress we have ever slept on and we couldn’t be more happy. It shows the integrity, commitment and genuine care shown for their customers. We would invite you and encourage you to buy your bedding and from Domayne Bundall. Go and see Marc or Tania and they will help you find the best mattress for the ultimate sleep.
