Absolutely horrible! We paid $199 for their service and they destroyed plastic parts on outside of my car with chemical. Did not clean hand brake and centre consul, left spiderwebs on mirrors, stains on windshield, didn’t vacuum properly and the list goes on….if the chemical streaks will not come off from all plastic parts, I’m going to complain to ombudsman for damage on my car.

Ridiculously expensive for the quality you get. I always need to inspect the car after they finish and ask them to clean dirty spots thoroughly. Carwash is all about attention to detail...

Never againI am fed up with the service at this specific location. Every time I come here I find myself leaving frustrated with the work ethic of these staff members. They're very pushy to unsell the 3 month package but they're hopeless at their jobs. The vacuuming is never done properly, they never dry the car properly also, everything just got worse at this place.Do not waste your time.Wish I could post pictures!

Would give zero stars. They don't clean the car properly, my car always drip water amd chemicals when they are done. When questioned they became aggressive and abusive.

Seriously. Paid $269 for inside and out proper cleaning for 3 times package.Guess what ? every time they fail to clean wind screen let alone other things they promise to do, including cleaning and waing,, car has roughness to touch even after their finest act.Sick of these mob.

Decided to try their Signature wash for $65 includes driving through their automated car wash machine. You have a worker rinsing the car off followed by machine soap and heavy drapes to get most of the dirt off. If you got any wax, it's then sprayed on followed by machine blow drying. You drive out and they then do some drying, interior cleaning and vacuuming. Finished in a bit under 15 mins. Although their signature wash supposed includes lifting up the bonnet and cleaning the leaves out, there's still leaves underneath my bonnet and windscreen.Their machine wash may be worse than a Ampol/Caltex or BP. Absolutely no detail in what the machine does. Also their washes include a coffee which I thought it would be real barista made coffee but it's just a machine.Overall, one of the worst machine washes I've been to, and probably one of the worst car washes where workers actually have to do the work, not a machine. But I'll give the workers a plus for generally cleaning the interior to a somewhat reasonable standard and the speed. Definitely not worth the money though, won't be coming back.

Watch how much they are actually charging you on the POS machine!!Been to their automatic carwash a few times. The first two washes were decent as they were trying to sell me more services. As I turned them down, since the third wash they started to use a shorter program, and the results were very poor. The most recent wash I found out later that they charged me 5 dollars extra for nothing, without telling me. I believe they record every car's rego to determine what sales to push - notice they always look at your plate first, type on the phone before walking up to your window. Very dodgy business.

If there is an option for zero star, I would. Worse crystal carwash in the area. Unprofessional, misleading, verbally abusive and unethical practices by the supervisor. Will never use this carwash again.

I get the 3 month pass which includes unlimited washes and 1 inside outside wash a month. Auto wash is ok, it’s when they rush through the inside clean that’s the problem. Always leave obvious marks untouched. I always have to clean the inside properly after they’ve finished.The service is fine, workers are polite and friendly. Just always feel like they’re rushing to get you out of there.

You drive in follow the arrows. A man checks your number plate and waves in confirming you are prepaid from your number plate. You park on the rotisserie that spins your car into the right direction. A man advises you to put the car in neutral and turn off your wipers. The machine pulls you through the car wash and your car gets cleaned in 4 minutes. Afterwards you are waived into a ready waiting empty car spot. You walk into cafe and click go on the coffee machine. You watch as 3-4 people vacuum and dry your car whilst drinking your automated coffee. 8 minutes later you are called over. You get into your clean car and you drive into the sunset.
