Disappointed with the quality of the room and lack of upkeep and maintenance. Photos show condition of the villa. Good location but that's it. I stayed in villas 22,1 &28 for work and they all need repairs and have been let go. The last villa I stayed in number 22 has holes through the bath that someone has tried to silicone over. Villa 28 has the floor boards in the main bedroom lifting almost ripping through the carpet. Also I had 1 towel for a 4 day stay. I cut the last trip short to find other accommodation.

Disappointing. Dirt in all the corners, dust and spider webs, dirt in the tracks, the floors were sticky. We had to mop the floors and clean the corners on the kitchen floor so my baby could crawl safely. Many rules regarding leaving the place In a respectful manner yet the place was less then acceptable On arrival. The grounds were beautiful, great location, the pool area was clean and safe. The restaurant also a little disappointing, no aircon, expensive, old-fashioned and sub par food.

Simply amazing! Booked in here for a wedding which I was the photographer for, all the staff were lovely and so understanding, the place Is very open and the wedding was so beautiful there. Has a game room and 2 pools. The villas are really cosy. Although the villas were quite dirty, the windows and glass were stained and looked unpleasant. And our villa didn't have sticky grips on the steps unlike the others, felt it was a little unsafe getting up and down there

Beautiful gardens and a great pool....it's a little out of town but it's worth the short drive....grounds are beautiful kept the villas a great for families lots of room and has everything you need. It is an older accommodation with a few bits that could be improved but didn't bother us as it fairly priced with excellent facilities we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to bargara

2nd times vistors. Really disappointed this time around. Dirty cabin on arrival. I could have cried. 1st night shower was blocked, couldn't shower the kids and were told they couldn't do anything for us until the next day, I ended up fixing it myself the next morning. Definitely needs some TLC.Kids put money in the arcade games" nothing works and iv now seen on past reviews

The cleaning contractor needs to be reviewed, but otherwise, I like the place. Some aspects, such as bathrooms, need to be updated. Loved the pool, proximity to the beach, well stocked kitchen are great!

The accommodation is sub standard. The mould smell from under the bath/shower (there was an hole in the bath) and odours from the toilet floor are really awful. Tried to shower on the beach rather than use the bathroom. The staff are really excellent and the cleaners/gardeners do a remarkable job. Basically the bathroom odour meant leaving the outside doors open & spending time inside uncomfortable. The cabin was not suitable for habitation. The whole experience was a strain.

The place was beautiful and had great service. The room upstairs (where I slept) was very nice but there 3 windows that allowed the sunshine to come in at 5am and I didn't sleep very well because of that. The sheets were dusty and i was very itchy once I got home. The kitchen plates and utensils were dusty and stained. The pool was very nice and so was the sauna. Service was great and the location was close to beach and close to other restaurant.

The location is fantastic, the pool and grounds are great. The rooms are a letdown, rubbish under the beds and just an overall dirty feel to the villas.
