As a Diesel mechanic not willing to squeeze under a car that's 150mm off the groundThese guys are great.Very thorough in there inspections, with photos and detailed reports of any and all faults.Perform all repairs and will even strategise for potential faults they see occuring so you get maximum life from all serviceable parts.Would not hesitate to send my friends and family here.

The people at Euro Auto Tech are amazing, wonderful people. They are also extremely skilled in their work. They recently helped me out in a near emergency situation, resolving the problem in 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. They went over and above the call of duty for a problem that I created. I recently purchased a Jeep to use as a Rally car and needed some work done on it. A friend referred me to Euro Auto and I could not have asked for better service, product knowledge and full explanations (until I understood and didn't make me feel like I'm just a woman who knows nothing) a call before anything extra was done and pricing very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and helpful.I will without hesitation be returning to Euro Auto for all my mechanical needs for both my vehicles.I also love not having to take my car to another destination to be detailed as it is done on-site saving me valuable time

Avoid at all cost. First they charged me $960 to release a jammed starter motor in my A3 (they push started it and it popped out) and do a basic service on it. $810 was for labour alone. Then when I picked the car up I noticed they hadn’t performed all of the services they said they had (I had to go back twice to finally get it done).But worst of all, when I picked my car up the air conditioning wasn’t working and I had a fault light on the AC controls (air conditioning worked when I dropped the car off). I took the car back so they could fix it, received a call saying it was done, picked the car up and it was still broken. Ben then argued with me for 2 hours saying it wasn’t their responsibility to fix. He claimed just because it was working when I dropped it off and not working when I picked it up doesn’t mean they broke it. He said it was just a coincidence. He then told me I would have to pay $1500 to have it fixed. After the 2 hours of arguing he knocked $120 off the bill! Very poor business that lacks morals.

Zero communication is the best way to describe Benjamin. He asked for my VIN to estimate the cost for log book service. Since then no response for over a week even though I followed up. Glad I didn’t take my car to them. I can only imagine the quality of service I would get from Benjamin.

I experienced a warm welcome before being dropped off at the shopping centre. A full major service & auto transmission service was done on my Mercedes motorhome. Ronnie kept me up to date while shopping & then a full explanation from Ben on what work was carried out when I picked up my van. I had questions about a few other issues which Ben patiently explained even though they were closed.
