Would not use this service even if you were paying for it very unprofessional was not happy at all dont use this service

Since they have been cleaning my apartment, Melinda and staff have been reliable, punctual, fast-working, meticulous and very pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mai Time to anyone requiring an affordable and thorough home cleaning service.

Staff were nice, but the quality of clean was not great, if the house was vacuumed before mopped on the last occasion I’d be gobsmacked, with hair still on the floor in the bathroom, and general dust/particles throughout the living spaces not to mention dust on window sills, footprints on our floorboards and our biggest grievance marks on the walls. Communication was so so. Did an ok job when we were desperate and not able to do ourselves.

Would not recommend this company at all! Very rude and have a habit of discussing clients and staff. Not professional at all!

So disappointed by the cleaning from this company. Communication was horrible, was meant to get to the apartment at 12:30 and without letting me know they ended up arriving at 2:20. I left work after asking what time they’d be there, they advised 2pm and I had to wait around for 20 min extra for them!! They’re excuse being ‘they had to get a drink’ they were not at all apologetic about wasting my time either. Very unprofessional.End of lease Cleaning was done poorly, I had to go back and wipe all walls, kitchen had been cleaned prior to arranging the end of lease clean and I think they left it dirtier than it was when they started.Floors were also left dirty and lucky there was not much left in the apartment otherwise I don’t think the floors would’ve been cleaned at all.Cleaning was done in 2 hours but was charged for 4.Do not recommend at all!!!
