HIREWORKS Home appliance rental - White goods hire.

We have had to rent appliances a few times during the last few years, and this was the best experience we've had. Let me tell you why...Customer service is excellent. We rented on short notice, and Roger not only accommodated us but helped us chose the best deal given our needs and space.The equipment was a brand new Samsung refrigerator and a near new Fisher and Paykel washing machine. Both worked flawlessly.Roger delivered and installed both on time and with a smile. Pickup at the end was equally prompt and pleasant.Last, but not least, Roger is a pleasure to deal with. He's a genuinely nice guy, very professional and clearly recogises that, as the face of Hireworks, how he does what he does ( which is basically everything) really matters.We recommend Hireworks without reservation and will use them again if we ever need to rent.

The service and appliances provided are exceptional! No fuss, easy to order, and they install on site. When you’re done with your contract they organise a time convenient and come and collect the items, easy. I used the service while waiting for furniture to arrive from Sydney, I rented a TV, Washing Machine, and Surround Sound System. All we’re exceptional products and thoroughly enjoyed them.

Rented a washing machine and was not disappointed. Super friendly service and a great product to match. Roger was very accommodating and made the process so easy. I would definitely recommend Hireworks!

1st-Read the fine print. No one actually tells you that the contract ends when you say physically/verbally, I want it to end, even though you have wrote down on the form when you want it to end. 2ndly, don't expect a quick response if you email them. Way to slow to reply to your email. Took to long multiple times when trying to find out information. Every time I tried to call,I would get the same response. 'oh sorry, Im not in the office right now I cant do anything(called during the week/day), just email me and il get back to you'.....again, waiting days for a response, than calling them to say they forgot to reply again....I gave a three star cause the delivery and fridge we hired was good, and there pricing is good.

For me the most outstanding aspect of hiring a fridge from Hireworks, apart from getting a reliable, quality appliance, is that Roger is really customer-orientated. He does his best to meet one's requirements in an age when good service is sadly lacking in many s-called service industries. I would definitely recommend & hire from Hireworks again.

My first time renting white goods and had an excellent experience. Ordered a package deal directly from the website a few days before I needed them and I listed a preferred time for installation and delivery in the notes. Roger responded to my inquiry quickly after placing my order and had a fridge/freezer and washing machine delivered right on time and had them installed and operating within 15 minutes after arriving. Made getting white goods seamless, reliable, and incredibly easy!

The rental service was great and the product was as expected. I had no problems with delivery or collection as Roger from hireworks delivered the fridge promptly and collected it within 24 hours of my request. HOWEVER, 5 months after the return of the item, I'm still being billed. I complained and was refunded but I was billed again on 4 separate occasions .

After hiring a fridge and washing machine from Roger, I cannot recommend Hireworks enough for anyone wanting to hire appliances. Our whole experience was extremely easy. Roger provided top quality and personal service, including very timely assistance when we had issues with our washing machine (on our end). Appliances were in perfect (new) condition and of high quality. We would definitely be using Hireworks should we need to hire again, and highly recommend Roger's wonderful business to others.
