A place that i will never ever go again. Worst service i have ever encountered. When needing someone, there was always no one. When we just wanted to eat, they appeared and asked questions.I dont know the food is ok or not (maybe not too bad) but my mood could hardly be good. It makes me recall my time in nepal where after an order was placed, only they started to go and dig potatoes. Super looooong wait....Ordered dessert too, but was not served until we finally found someone and asked about it.When paying, asked if there is any surcharge paying by card. They had no idea. Asked for a receipt, they said printer not working.What actually works here??? Rrally fed up!!Honestly if you are not enthusiastic about your business better close it.

Updated! This was my 7th visit to Namaste Restaurant. The food here is delicious and very well priced. I've had the Buff Chow Mein, Chicken Chow Mein, Thali plate, Veg Pakoda, and Chicken Momos (steamed and fried). All very tasty and good portion sizes.They have updated the decor internally with lots of prayer flags. On Thursday night we had a guitarist and singer doing live music which was nice.Pay with Shopback and get 15% cashback (as of June 2023).I think this business would do well with some advertised lunch specials on the window that include a drink to be more competitive with other restaurants nearby.

I placed multiple takeout orders, and the food service was poor. I genuinely didn't want to eat in this condition. The soup or pickle must at the very least be in a distinct container. Everything was soggy, making it unpleasant to consume. Even meat was not properly cooked . Spending money in vain.

worst service ever. we wait for like more than half hour but nothing came to our table after taking an order and not even single staff to came to our table to ask us what happened.even though our order was late we only expected that the staff has shown concerned about it. thus i do not recommend this place. thank you

Went for lunch with workmate. $19 food which i was expecting hot and sacculent but shrivelled in taste.very disappointed with the food.Cold atmosphere with ungreeting customer service.Piece of pork is cold inside and sekuwa set comes hand full of beaten rice 5 piece of meat and nothing else.Definately should immprovised with food portion and quality.

Food was okay, however when I sat on a bench seat and was stuck to it due to a glue type product on the cracked vinyl seats, the staff didn't apologise or offer an explanation, very disappointing.

Ordered chicken curry take-away, portion size way too small for the price, it was 98% curry 2% chicken (probably about 80-100grams of chicken in there). Staff member only barely spoke English so they couldn't answer any questions regarding the menu. No one attempted to provide any service/translation, her colleagues just blankly watched from the kitchen...poor girl. Not sure what's going on in there. Do not recommend.
