Cannot recommend more! Donna is a fantastic trainer, her classes are fun and you won't ever do the same class twice. They are tough for those who have a higher fitness level and want to walk out on wobbly legs, but also tailored for those who are just starting out - all fitness levels, ages and stages can take part. This little country town is lucky to have Lancefit!
