I Love Yoga with Lucretia

I am new to yoga and Lucretia made me so welcome and helped guide me through this amazing self-care practice.I love the calm, kind environment and the comforting energy Lucretia brings to the class.I love the smaller class sizes and the length is long enough to really feel the benefits of stretching, relaxing, engaging and letting go!Lucretia’s soothing voice and beautiful sequencing always makes me float out of the class ready for the day. So grateful!!
