Fern Weddings - Rachel Bracken

Rachel, Director of Fern Events ran my 40th birthday function. With approx 100 attendees coming from various states, a 70s disco brief and set budget, the challenge was set at the outset. I could never have imagined how wonderful the night could be and how relaxed I was. Every detail was planned, yet Rachel’s watchful eye throughout the evening resulted in some minor changes to make things even better for the guests. Never flustered, she was fluid and adaptable in her management of the evening. Personal touches were injected in delightful ways, such as party games, lighting, cake and speeches. Decor was hired and sensational, catering staff were faultless, food and drinks were all themed and the photographer whisked round making everyone feel like a star. Friends still talk to me about the party years later. “That was the best party I have ever been to”. Thank you Rachel and the team at Fern Events.

Rachel was amazing! There was a few hiccups on the wedding day and Rachel was more than accomodating regardless of the hiccups. My wife and I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a marriage celebrant. The process was seamless and efficient. Rachel was honest with us from the moment we spoke to her, and she was always in contact with us and clarifying any questions we had without hesitation. We can’t thank Rachel enough.

Couldn’t have picked a better person to wed my wife and I. Rachel made the whole process and experience super easy and very comfortable. From the moment we met her it felt as if we had known her for years. She is absolutely without a doubt great at what she does and her organizational skills are without par. We couldn’t have had an easier ceremony without Rachel guiding us and making us feel relaxed and comfortable on the day. Her speech at our ceremony was so perfect!!! Rachel is amazing. She is kind and supportive. She has so much experience and she gives fantastic ideas about how you can make your wedding more special. Her organisation takes the pressure off your family and she goes above and beyond. She's worth more money. She is such a lovely person.

Where do I even begin with how amazing Rachel is!!??We found out 6 weeks before our wedding that our celebrant could no longer do our ceremony, so in a panic, I called Rachel. Rachel answered the phone right away and her calm, kind, attentive and caring nature immediately changed my panic thoughts into thinking this was probably the best thing that could have happened, and it was. Rachel went above and beyond to create the perfect ceremony just for us. She offered help every step along the way, and even had who meetings and a rehearsal with us the day before, just so we would feel comfortable. I do not know every celebrant in Aus, or even in NSW, but I would put money on Rachel being the best there is. Thank you, Rachel.

Thank you so so much Rachel for all you helped us with and did for us on our journey to marriage! The support we got was amazing and it was so nice having someone that just meshed with us and was there whenever we needed. 1000% would recommend Rachel to anyone looking to get married and who wants someone supportive, caring and who makes it all about the couple and their love. Rachel is the absolute best, she was recommended to us and I am so so pleased that we found her. Rachel really did take care of us from start to finish. When we first met, we instantly felt so connected and she made us feel comfortable from the get go. Her constant checking in did not go unnoticed, she was so thorough with getting to know us to ensure she had a true vision of who we were as a couple and lead the most gorgeous ceremony that was the perfect combination of being sincere yet extremely fun. All of our guests commented on how beautiful our ceremony was and this was entirely down to Rachel - she nailed it! She felt the room, got many laughs but when the important parts needed to be said - all guests were well and truly transfixed on what she was saying. I really cannot recommend her enough, we met twice beforehand and then did a rehearsal the day before our wedding to make sure we all knew what we were doing and where we had to be. It was down to Rachel that I felt so calm and at ease when walking down the aisle. We were thrilled to not only have found the best celebrant that was able to shape our day into the most perfect day of our lives but now a new dear friend to us and we cannot wait to catch up with her again.Rachel - thank you for being you, you are so wonderful at what you do. I am so grateful that it was you that married us, you made our day absolutely PERFECT. xxxx

Rachel was outstanding, she really put us at ease, not only on the day but also the lead up to the elopement. Her communication was excellent and was only a message away for any advice. Rachel is very down to earth and easy going, a beautiful person. She tailored the ceremony perfect for us, and made us feel extremely special. She organised all the paperwork, which took a big stress away from us. Thank you Rachel for being part of our beautiful day xx
