Sian answered all our questions and offered so much knowledge. She helped to narrow down our ideas and help us to express what we wanted. The experience was so exciting each time we heard from her, and she absolutely nailed the concept from the get go.Receiving the ring was such an incredible experience, and she exceeded our expectation. Together with Siân I designed an engagement ring and I am very happy with the outcome. The process was smooth and the collection of stones is fantastic. Siân was very helpful in choosing a design and really patient as I had a ton of questions. Once the design was fixed the creation took only a couple of weeks - super quick. I would recommend Bert Jewellery to anybody who is interested in creating an one of a kind ring.

After meeting a few jewellers in Sydney we decided to go with Bert Jewellery, and so glad we did! I contacted Sian after seeing her work on Instagram, I loved her designs, and liked the idea of going with an independent jeweller. Sian was quick to respond to my email, we met to discuss the design & view diamonds and within a few weeks my ring was ready for collection.Sian was super easy to talk to, she made us feel at ease and explained everything clearly - which is important when you're deciding on something you'll wear for the rest of your life! Sian was able to make me my dream ring within our budget and delivered a week early, in time for Christmas. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bert Jewellery and will be seeing Sian again for our wedding bands :)

Sian is so kind, creative and thoughtful; she really listens and tries to encapsulate the very essence of your story into a single piece of jewellery- which is nothing short of amazing! She will tempt you with beautiful stones, interesting and intricate designs and create a bespoke piece of utter perfection. Choosing will not be easy- but I'm sure that's half the fun!

What started with a fairly basic ring (from me), ended up with a ring so uniquely and well designed that suits my now fiancé perfectly. Her communication and the way she took an interest in us as a couple made the experience so special.Not only did she build the perfect ring but it was also a perfect fit and I gave very little info on sizing.The quality and design absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I had previous seen Bert Jewellery’s work on Instagram and when I starting thinking about proposing to my girlfriend I began following Bert. I was instantly drawn to the style of the rings, the ethos of the company and what felt like a laid back flair for life the company portrayed.When I was ready I got in contact with Sian from Bert Jewellery, I explain I had my girlfriend’s Grandma’s ring and I would love for it to be remade into something more modern, special and containing the flair I had seen in other rings Sian had made.Sian was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, it was easy to discuss the ideas I had and Sian was very quick to draw up multiple version of the concepts I had expressed. The development felt personal and engaging, I always felt involved in every step of the design and build of the ring. Sian treated the grandma’s ring with the care and respect it deserved, at no time did I feel like the completed product would be anything less than spectacular.The finished ring exceeded my expectations, it is truly stunning, unique and perfect. My now fiancé loved it and feels it is the most beautiful ring she has ever seen. Every now and then I will catch her staring longingly into the ridiculously sparkly ring. All our friends and family and anyone who has seen it loves the design and craftsmanship of the ring.Bert Jewellery will definitely be making our wedding bands.

This was by far the most incredible experience created from start to finish and believe that Sian (from Bert Jewellery) is in my eays undoubtedly one of the best jewelry designers around. Her unique approach and attention to detail is outstanding. Sian made every step of this process so simple and easy, from our communication, to choosing a stone , design of the ring and the final product!! No stone was left unturned and her passion and love for making these rings for people really shows in her craftsmanship!!
