Excellent service and dry cleaning. Price most reasonable considering the difficult garments that had to be cleaned. A full length feather puffer cost and a naval cadet uniform that had to be pressed in a certain way- they knew what had to be done. Very pleased with the results and attention to detail.

Avoid, especially if you have precious garments/items. They take no care and no responsibility for their actions. They damaged my laundry and simply shrugged it off.I took my dry cleaning here based on the previous 5 star reviews. I won't be returning. There are plenty of other dry cleaners around that offer careful dry cleaning and better customer service.Edited 2 July 2019 to reply to owner:Hi, thanks for your reply.Yes, I dropped my laundry to your business. Your business is on the western side of Botany Rd near the corner of Coward St.I spoke to the girl at the front desk; I also spoke with you. You were very dismissive and unapologetic despite me showing you the damage. It is a shame you did not record this.You definitely have a record of my dry cleaning because you take each customer’s mobile phone number when laundry is dropped off and collected. So you can easily look up a customer’s records.Next time you accidentally damage a customer’s laundry, consider apologising for your mistake and offering some sort of solution or compensation as a measure of goodwill.
