Great products & service but not at all competitive on price.Too expensive for your casual shopper or even a small builder. Seems to be based for major companies and commercial building perhaps...

Excellent customer service. Came in to buy paver bricks and Taylor was most helpful. Took the time to show us how to stack them and chiseled them for a perfect fit. Much appreciated.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and took the time to help us work out what we needed and gave us some advice suggesting that we could use a mixture of road-based and garden rocks to get extra height and saving us some decent money. Which is very important at the moment. Thanks for your assistance

Once again had a delivery of Marigold rocks 1.5 metres .once again impressed with yhe service . The drivers are always cool and place it as asked . For me in the drive , front of garage . Bought these large black pebbles from Vaughanian today amazing service, he brought them to my van and loaded them in as well. Sealed broken bags and gave a great price on half bags, also bought a top quality artificial plant which he looked after me on price again. The end job looks terrific and I will definitely be going back again. Thank you Soilworx Deer Park.

I visited SoilWorx to purchase rocks and mulch for a garden makeover. The staff were very helpful in suggesting what to use and the quantities needed and the delivery was perfect too. They have a great range. I’m very happy with what we achieved with their help.

had a terrible experience with this business... ordered some rocks, on the day of delivery called and reduced the amount I wanted from 6 to 4 cubic meters. they took all my card details n everything... only got the refund after 3 months and dozens of phone calls... couple of months into the debacle, called up and asked if the refund money could be adjusted into some crush rock that I was after. they said they'll call back but nothing... their finance department is the worst, very entitled and slower than Flash the sloth... seriously, it's like their processes are still in the 80s. it's a shame cos I'm more than happy with the product...

I had such a great experience, from customer service to delivery. Deanne helped me so much through the purchasing process for my landscaping diy and the delivery process. Our delivery driver Isaiah was really pleasant too and the product was placed exactly where we wanted it. The live delivery tracking is absolute genius. Would definetly purchase again from soilworx in the future!
