Massive Massive thank you to Dani at Party room who saved the night with our balloons, not only did she help with balloons she did it last minute for us when we failed with kmart balloons!Awesome customer service! Very rude customer service. Owner and her daughter provide very poor with meeting customer paid. I would rate nothing if I could. :(

A huge shout out to Dani at Party Room, not only did she do a great job with balloons but also shut up the shop to help me get them to my car! Exceptional service and a great smile as well. Thanks Dani, we'll be back!!

I contacted the Party Room on Saturday to request balloons at the last minute for a very unwell friend and not only did Dani give me fantastic selection advice, she also made the delivery in her own time and remained calm when my address details were incorrect. Thank you Dani, i am so grateful to you. The balloons brought a smile to my friend's face and they are loved!!
