Fantastic people, I had cognitive therapy for PTSD. Gemma Dance was my psychologist, she was amazingly empathetic. I could laugh and cry and not feel self conscious. She has helped me amazingly. I have edited this review because 5 years later I still feel well. Of course I have my down days but Gemma gave me the tools I need to carry on with a happy and mindful life.
