I don’t understand how the coles has a high average star rating. This used to be a good coles but for the past year they have been very poor at restocking and having lots of items missing. Every time I seem to go there they have nothing in stock or on the shelves. If they are restocking the staff are extremely rude, throwing boxes everywhere and do block off most areas so you can’t even get anything of the shelves. All other coles I have been to have a lot more stock so don’t understand how this coles which is located in consider a prestige area of Sydney has low stock and poor customer service.

Cannot fathom how this store has 4 stars as it is consistently below average, with shelves left empty and unstocked for days-weeks at a time. The fresh" produce is always a day or two away from being inedible. Their "restocking" carts clog the aisles during the day because the management doesn't want to pay their staff to stock the store outside of buisness out of hours. I've heard that once every few months they will do a full restock

A well organised Coles where finding things is easy. They stock some brands that other Coles may not have, so it always makes me wanna come back to this Coles. Plenty of check out counters so waiting time is always within 5 mins. Parking is good with easy entry point at side street and parking spaces are not tight.

I have been visiting this store for a few years, but it has become unmanageable. The sections are inefficiently organized, and items are often misplaced on incorrect shelves. Recently, I even purchased bad meat, despite the fact that the expiration date had not yet passed. Moreover, most of the staff are unfriendly and ignore customers when they ask for assistance, as they are too busy chatting with one another. The supervisor's attitude perfectly reflects how terrible this store is. Therefore, I have decided to visit St. Leonards Coles store instead, which will be open on 22/03/2023.

Items are out of stock or stale. I was almost feeding my baby some mouldy blueberries this morning!Yesterday I overheard a conversation between a store manager and a staff, staff clearly was playing the fool with her.Honestly, look at the reviews and do better.

It’s a nice and big premises to shop at with plenty of parking conveniently located in the basement.The staff are usually quite friendly to greet you and help you to find a product (whenever i have asked for help), but the only thing I don’t like about the shop is that they sometimes don’t bother having service counters at checkout even during the busy evening hours even if the customers at self checkout start building up queues !

Amazing experience on the opening weekend. Quite possibly the best new Coles in Sydney - especially due to the super-intuitive parking underneath. This new Coles will be a massive hit with the locals. I was disappointed when Coles decided to shut down the St Leonards store, but this opening has more than made up for it.

A nice and big premise for shopping! I always consider going there regularly. Everything is ok but the customer service needs a push.Some of the staffs are nice and helpful however some of peeps there are kinda rude. I would say those who stand on self check out zone. I have never used or asked them for help but I can see around me and the way they deal with customers…..

Pretty big compared to some other Coles, plenty parking. The one level covers everything from produce at one end to frozen section at the far end. Great selection of breads at the bakery section, the staff are pretty helpful..

I only had to come here again because the new Coles at St Leonards is indefinitely closed due to a busted water pipe.So, here's my honest feedback...The shelves weren't as empty as they have chronically been in the past. I got everything I needed.Staff have always been friendly and helpful, never an issue.The specials though...lordy someone forgot to input them at the checkout. I had to ask the lady 6 times to check lower prices that weren't being reflected at the register. On the plus side she honoured the store policy of giving me the first item free for each error.Always double check the lower price is being reflected at the register; same thing has happened at other Coles and Woolies stores so it's not isolated to this store.Parking here is also very good.
