I called the manager saying that I start work at 8am so would have to drop my car off before 8am for my 9am booking (leaving me with no car which I was fine to do) The manager then said I could come in at 7.30 before the office even opens & he’ll have a look at it for me & then he was able to wipe off a scratched paint mark in a minute for me as well! this is something that I really appreciated & was very thankful for as he went above & beyond! :)

Great company, i dropped in to see Mark with a small issue with my front guard. He got it fixed on the spot for me (which I didn't expect). Brilliant service.Was much appreciated. Would recommend to my friends.

Having our beautiful car needing some body work repair after someone backed into it was stressful enough but the people at Bowers couldn't have been more professional, competent and friendly. Right from the very first contact with Bowers reception person who arranged a suitable book in and completion date (which was achieved), explained the process and arranged a taxi to (and from) the hire car company. The repair work is faultless and Mark patiently explained exactly how the job was done. Hope we never have the need again but if we do we'll definitely use Bowers.

Bowers is in a convenient location, and very close to Hurtz, making it great if you have an insurance claim. I used them to fix a little dingle in my tailgate. Requesting a quote was very easy and very fast and, in my case, available without an appointment. The quote was not excessive. During the actual repair they kept me up-to-date on the progress and advised me well in advance when an unforeseen delay occurred. Upon picking up my car I found the staff very friendly and my repair flawless - and my car washed!

All the staff at Bower’s Repair are amazing! My car needed repairs after an accident, Bower’s repair inspected my car on the same day as accident and also organised a hire car on arrival. Regular updates of car status received, all questions answered professionally and kindly. After having difficulties with extending rental car via hire car cooperation Bower’s Repair staff had it sorted within 5 minutes! All dealings with Bowers Repair were beyond astonishing.Would highly recommend Bower’s RepairTHE BEST! Thank you

Absolutely shocking they must have had a 1st year apprentice try to do my car things not fixed in burn marks from buffing tyres flat engine light on after having it for 4 weeks

Great service for car check over and for repairs. Did take quite awhile to book in, but to be expected due to customer size and I am sure if my car had more critical damage it would have been looked at earlier.Simple rear bumper replacement, great job and 100% happy.

Due to Covid19 there was a very long delay trying to get one part that was not Bowers fault but the supplier.Bowers kept me up to date all.through the process and could not be more helpful.The finished product was of an extremely high quality job and well worth the wait.I can not recommend them high enough, great friendly and helpful staff. Great quality work and great communication through out the process.
