Open homes and inspections were well run with David or one of his team there and well prepared at least 10 minutes before start time. As soon as the open home/ inspection was finished I received a phone call with a full report. I never felt pressured at any time including when the offer was made my options were explained clearly and I was given time to talk to my family and make my decision. With the market slowing considerably I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it sold. As a widow selling the family home this experience could have been extremely difficult but David and his team did everything in a caring and professional manner that made the whole thing much easier.
