Quite spacious, well maintained & clean. Good location - close to transport, cafes, restaurants & supermarkets.Daily servicing, though that doesn't stretch to washing up. Still, better than one could expect for the price.I've stayed a couple of times & my only niggle would be that some of the showers are prone to overflowing on to the bathroom floor.In summer, north or south facing rooms may be more comfortable than east facing ones & also a little quieter.Excellent value & recommended.

This place never disappoints the rooms are spacious and very clean and the front desk is always willing to assist. The location is so good, if you are half fit you can walk everywhere and i mean everywhere. the rail station is just a 3 minute walk if you need transport. My girlfriend and I stayed at your hotel for three nights between November 17th and November 20th.On November 18th at night I opened a kitchen cabinet to grab a glass and in there I saw a Roach running around. I trapped the Roach with one of the glass and put the glass on the floor for the housekeeper to remove it the next day. The housekeeper did remove it the next day.On November 20th at the middle of the night I woke up to use the wash room and after I came out I felt something brush by feet and I turned on the lights to see two roach running on the kitchen floor. I screamed waking up my girlfriend. One of the two roaches was giant, I grabbed a pot and hit the roach with it. The bottom half of the roach was crushed but it was still running. I was able to trouble the big roach under a glass and was able to trap the other roach under a glass as well.I can understand seeing 1 roach over the stay, but to see catch 3 roaches over two days given that we were only in the room at night to sleep is absolutely unacceptable and an indication that there a is much larger problem with the building.

Spacious mini apartments with kitchen - great great location, walking distance from lots of nice restaurants, close to museums and downtown, close to several bus stations. The place was clean and serviced every day. Rates are competitive for the space. It is not the newest of the accommodations but price/quality really good.

Really good place to stay if you’re looking for apartment with big space and reasonable price.It costs around 100 - 130 AUD per night.They clean up the room everyday but basically just made your bed and change towels.The room is a bit old but good enough.The only thing I would say it should can be better is to provide better noise cancelling room... Really loud voice from other rooms and vehicles on the street.

The location is great being close to kings cross train station. Reception and cleanliness is very good. Price is excellent per night for what you get too.But the place is in need desperate need of a renovation and attention to detail. The key cards are unreliable and it’s hugely frustrating having to call the nice staff after hours to reprogram your card because it stopped working. The aircon is filthy and just spreads dust around the room, it needs a proper service and isn’t something house keeping is responsible for. The windows don’t block out enough road noise and it’s really unacceptably noisy inside. The unforgivable part is that the sheets don’t fit the bed. If only fitted sheets where used then this would be a 4 star review. Everything else is understandable based on the price

Liked · AMAZING location! Daily room service was generous with shampoo's and coffee refills. Excellent price for the location and overall condition of our room (52)Disliked · Single glazing meant some road noise, not a biggie. Wifi inconsistent, not great. On two occasions we had to put towels under the entry door as someone next door was cooking asian food and it stank.NB this is not a high-end hotel, so if you want perfect and if you're going to moan if you don't get it, go somewhere else. There were a few cosmetic items such as cracking in bathroom tiles in the corner where the building had moved.. broken fins on the aircon unit. 'The manager was great during check-in and offered us handy hints. Our rooms were serviced daily and we appreciated their generosity re shampoo and coffee supplies. Don't count on good wifi, it sucks. But it is clean, with lovely crispy fresh linen, and the location is AMAZING! For the price, l rate it 10/10 We will definitely be back when we next visit Sydney, thank you Annam!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's my preferred place for long-term accom. It's always clean, staff are wonderful and it has everything you need. Even a washing machine and clothes dryer. Great location. I'll be back here later this year for my 3rd visit. Fabulous boutique hotel which is serviced daily.
