Buying a coffee machine from Di Pacci Coffee company was a breeze. Damien was incredibly helpful. I live in rural Queensland, so getting a high end coffee machine from 'the web' is not always easy. During my research, I came across this company which in my view, outshone the others. This was confirmed by the excellent communication and customer service they provided when I called them. Damien answered all my questions and instantly put me at ease.I got a fantastic price on my Bellezza Inizio and two days after ordering the machine, it was delivered at my door.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Di Pacci Coffee Company to you!

If you are in the market for a coffee machine, I wouldn't look anywhere else.I had already done so much research on a heat exchanger machine before going to DiPacci and had my mind set on a particular brand and model.Damien the ops manager took time to show me a few other models not to change my mind, but to explain to me that they regularly see the machine I wanted sent in for servicing.I took his card and texted him on a few ideas/comparisons of machines before going back to purchase an ECM Slim Mechanika VI for a great price.Customer service was top notch throughout and DiPacci coffee showroom itself is an amazing place for coffee lovers to visit.

Fantastic experience working with Di Pacci, the products are amazing as is the service. Had a small issue with my grinder so was sent a new one same day to replace the broken one and sent back the broken one days later with no fuss or hassle on my part.When dealing with any of the staff at DiPacci, I found them to be responsive, polite and very professional.

Fabulous service!I recently purchased a home coffee set up from Di Pacci at Roselands. The showroom is large with a huge array of everthing related to coffee making - somewhat overwhelming for this inexperienced home barista! Thankfully Damien came to the rescue providing several suggestions resulting in my eventual purchase of a Bellezza Bellona coffee machine and a Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder. He also helped set me up with the basics needed for coffee making and offered a barista course too!In addition Damien organised Alex to deliver and set up my coffee machine and grinder. Alex was a real gem . He took time to ensure both machines worked well and provided me with some very practical tips on using both the grinder and making good coffee.Thank you Di Pacci for great service

Absolutely brilliant service!I just recently purchased an ECM Synchronika Espresso machine and a Eureka Mignon XL grinder.It is without a doubt the best and most friendly service I think I have ever experienced in purchasing any item in my life. No joke !!They showed me how to use my machines and how to dial them in before I left the premises. They also offered me a free barista course that I am very much looking forward to.In this day and age where the term service" is pretty much non existent

Our purchase experience with DiPacci was first class.The staff were very helpful and were able to answer all our questions when we called. 48 hours later our new machine arrived which was quite extraordinary during the holiday season.As we unpacked it all our concerns about purchasing floor stock were gone, everything was there and the machine had clearly never been used.We are still learning how to get the most out of the Inizio as it is so different from our previous machine. The programmable pre-infusion works well and the espresso tastes so much better that it is hard to believe we are using the same coffee.The steam power is incredible and after some experimenting with the different nozzles that were supplied with the machine we are now getting silky smooth milk and have even managed to fluke some Latte art.Overall we are very happy, the Inizio looks like it is built to last and is good value for money when compared to similar machines.

Ordered a Nuevo Musica Lux coffee machine, and just arrived, way before then expected so great job. This is my first home coffee machine. had great communication with the staff and spoke to sales manager Damien, that gave excellent knowledge on the machine and offered me great discounts with machine + grinder and starter pack. Highly recommended by technician when i called to about another machine, they mentioned to contact Di Pacci first other than buying a machine on Market Place. Great job to the team that helped me in my decision.

It was a wonderful experience purchasing with Di Pacci especially with Damien's help. I visited the place three times and each time Damien shows great hospitality and explains everything.
