Trilogy Care
There was no care factor for my mum. They didn't make appts and lied about it. The refuse to pay reimbursements. More abuse towards the elderly they are paid to look after. More stress than they are worth. I have reported them to the Aged care quality commission.

Never experienced such care and understanding from any Provider prior to having a Care Plan with Trilogy.All in the space of less than a week a Care Plan from Kayleigh of Care Management; a telephone call from a Trilogy Nurse having read case notes and going through this area of the plan, her voice “smiled” over the telephone; then a letter of introduction from Care Partner with attachments and stating her personal hours at Trilogy.On Friday, which is not one of her office days I emailed a request not expecting reply until the Monday. [I do realise Trilogy office is staffed Mon-Fri and another member of the Team would be able to assist]. Literally an immediate reply from Christina with such a personal touch. Upon querying why, she herself emailed that she was working from home as she had a few sick days during the week and did not want her consumers to be disadvantaged. To me that is true dedication and it is a no brainer expressing with conviction that I felt very well cared for. True SERVICE delivered with empathy and demands recognition.

We self-manage our Homecare needs and use Trilogy to access package funds from the government.The sourcing of services / carers, the rostering and the day-to-day management of those services / carers is done privately. All care expenses are funded up front and then reimbursed by Trilogy.The reimbursement process to date has been poor and I regularly need to follow up to find out where individual reimbursements are at. It can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks of back and forth before payment is made. That will often involve Trilogy changing the process and asking for new pieces of information that had not been provided or asking for the same information multiple times.It is quite frustrating and involves a lot of effort on my part to coordinate a service that we are giving a huge portion of our total package to manage on our behalf. At times it feels as though the overall approach is a veiled ruse to help prop up the cash flow requirements of Trilogy by making it as challenging as possible to get your cash.Trilogy market themselves on their low management rate relative to their competitors. Based on my current experience I would suggest you consider other options as you will most definitely get what you pay for when signing up with this homecare provider.

Yet another update, Trilogy seem to have sorted their systems out. I'm currently being paid in 2-3 days and my clients seem to be happy with feedback and contact they have had with Trilogy staff. I'm not happy about the previous delay in payment and the amount of unpaid admin time I had to devote to ringing up and chasing them down. However, it seems to have been a bad 2-3 month period out of 2 years and as I said everything is operating back to normal now.This is an update from my previous 5 star review. I think Trilogy are now extremely understaffed. I have had 3 out of the last 4 invoices go overdue. I've contacted multiple times via phone and email. The clients who are lovely, and shouldn't be bothered with this at all, if they are paying for management services, they assure me there are funds in the account.I'm an independent support worker and find Trilogy Care very easy to deal with, straight to the point no messing about. They pay on time and the clients I service who use Trilogy Care also like that they are responsive and don't command huge operating fees.

So pleased I found out about this amazing company to manage my Mums home care package. They are so friendly and helpful and take a very small commission in comparison to the bigger companies. The best choice I have ever made

I am a carer with an abn, I love my job and my clients. I have clients who use other providers and I have never had the same level of issues with them as I do trilogy care.The administration side of this company need training and time management skills.My first issue with trilogy care came months after of being paid by Trilogy care, when they lost all my documents of compliance and said nothing about it to me, the way I was alerted to an issue was they didn’t pay me for a fortnight so I rang up and followed up on why.They regularly forget to process my invoices or process one and not the others until I call and bring it to attention of the accounts team, the accounts team regularly use the excuse they have so many extra clients, but in my eyes this is not a excuse for ignoring your current clients and contractors. It would seem they are under staffed but still taking on more work than they can actually handle.

Totally hopeless love to take the funds and as a self managed option do absolutely nothing whatsoever not even give advice so you can navigate your way through the hopelessly disgraceful mine field that awaits you ….plus my workers complain of not getting paid too ..everyone is in for their chop of your funding including this mob there are much better online companies to go to I’ve left after a shocking experience of NOTHING ….I have changed to a 5 star one There are only 2 I strongly suggest you do the same one with an easy online portal so you can see what’s going on !!!

Probably one of the worst aged care providers I had the misfortune to deal with. We paid the extra $ to have our package co ordinated. The co ordinator was rude and did nothing even though I provided her with names of those that were helping us. Have a new provider and I could not be happier.
