If you have repairs you have to be prepared to wait for some time to get it done. They insisted that they contacted me to pick up the item but of course I never received a text message or phone call in both cases. I NEVER would recommend this shop. Though they have beautiful jewellery.

I had the most supportive, easeful and exciting experience with Shigeko from Paddington Jeweller when she helped me redesign my engagement and wedding rings.I am someone who really benefits from direction when it comes to things like design. I had in my head a vague idea of what I wanted, but wasn’t sure entirely. Shigeko patiently, expertly and enthusiastically workshopped ideas with me until she helped me bring the ring of my dreams to life. I am beyond thrilled with the result. A ring I literally cannot stop staring at!Shigeko was incredibly efficient in her work and easy to communicate with throughout the process.I would highly recommend Shigeko, or anyone from Paddington Jeweller!

I had a few pieces of jewellery that my mother gave to me before she passed. Obviously they were quite feminine, and the only had options of keeping them in a box or selling them. I didn’t want to sell them so I took them to Paddington Jewellers with a few ideas to create a more masculine piece I could wear, rather then just having the jewellery sit in a box and go to waste. Shijeco was amazing and took several pictures of designs I liked and created my own unique pendant using all of the Dimond from my late mothers three seperate piece. Steve and Shijeco kept me update with their he process and really worked with my budget. Couldn’t be more happy with the end result
