Do not use! Extremely poor customer service the owner is the most rude and arrogant man to try and deal with, especially considering issue was due to part incorrectly fitted during service. Staff seem very pressured to please him as would say one thing via phone and in person but very different in email.

Upon arrival felt like we had interrupted the salesman's morning. He never introduced himself, never invited us to sit down and chat about a new vehicle we were enquiring about. The person on reception also never even acknowledged us. Customer service just wasnt there.

Worst service ever. Booked in at 2pm for a 1 hour recall. Still going after 3 hours. No apology for stuffing up the booking and not starting straight away when it arrived. Hopeless. Rather take the vehicle to Perth in the future than shop locally.
