Had to call Novus out to replace a .windscreen ASAP. Got a text half hour before they arrived. Were right on time, professional, and did an excellent job. Very happy with the service from beginning to end.

Absolutely satisfied with Novus Glass! They are efficient in their communication as well as all of their work. The team as a whole is to be appreciated from the tradesmen and administrative office. Jarrod and I think it was Lisa were extremely helpful in assisting me in what I needed and was able to do it within an exceptional time frame as well. Dave completed our windscreen repair while I was at work and was very helpful in answering my husbands questions - his replacement work was fantastic too!! I have already recommended Novus to my family and will do so at work as well. Kudos to the whole team at Novus for doing a fantastic job at taking care of their clients!!

Excellent service from start to finish. When booking my car over the phone I was treated with such kindness and patience. I had called around already getting quotes from other business and by far Novus Glass, was the most reasonably priced, convenient and fastest service I had come across. I booked in on the spot and they came to my location within two days. Dave who replaced my windscreen was very punctual and so lovely to communicate with. I would highly recommend Novus Glass.

I have had the most astounding experience with Novus this past 24hrs. After a stuff around with a major competitor in the market resulting in my family mini-bus being off the road for a predicted 3weeks+ the team at Novus provided the speediest, most professional and skilled response and had me back on the road in less than 24hrs from nitial contact. The scheduling manager was ever so accommodating and supportive of our predicament and worked her magic to coordinate the team to have the windscreen replaced, recalibrated and on the road in record time. She also enacted my insurance company to cover the expense. My vehicle is notoriously difficult to source parts for. This was not a problem for Novus. Each and every representative at Novus throughout this experience were ever so helpful and friendly. I can not speak highly enough of the superior customer service and quality workmanship of Novus. We have just had out Windscreen replaced today after a stone hit the windscreen last Friday 3 Feb 2023. Unfortunately the crack started to spread on the same day. A Nelson Bay Mechanical Repairs recommended us to Novus Glass nearby.A huge relief for us (Pam and John) to find NOVUS immediately on Friday afternoon who extended excellent service, very friendly attention and a perfect result today Monday 6th Feb.Whilst our Car Insurance arranged a repair date for 3 weeks down the track with another repairer. No good to our appts over the coming weeks.We highly recommended the staff and the excellent result at Novus Glass Salamander Bay.Pam and John.

My family and I were driving from Adelaide up the NSW Coast to Nambucca Heads when a car flicked up a stone and cracked the windscreen. We were recommended Novus at Salamander Bay by the caravan park at Nelson Bay. I am so glad we chose this company the customer service was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly. As it was late in the day they had to have the car overnight but were able to loan us a car to not disrupt our holiday and at 9am the next day the car was already done! They also took on some extra haste of getting the insurance sorted.If there was a 6th star they would get it! - thanks Tim, Lisa and the crew from the Lewis Family

I called up to get a quote & then also called around but ended up coming back to this company because the lady on the phone was so lovely! They came out that same day to fix my rear window and the man did a perfect job. He also vacuumed the glass from the back of my car which was super lovely! Highly recommend ☺️

Calm in crisis. Fabulous staff and service on day before public holiday. Novus went out of their way to source genuine BMW windscreen and fitted it perfectly. So grateful to have access to loan car. Highly recommend this company!
