Maid in Perth

Booked online.Only to be told they can assist a week later.Unprofessional and will warn all clients going forward not to use this company.

Not even worth one star.We bought a scoopon deal and booked months ago.This week we received two emails reminding us of the booking for tomorrow at 9.30amIn the email they say if we cancel then we have to pay a cancellation fee of $25.Lunchtime today we get a text saying they are overbooked and have to cancel.We booked months ago, and now they say they are overbooked???I tried calling them. The support person said there was a fault in there system.Tonight i get a reply to my complaint saying they are not coming and to cancel the scoopon.What a joke. This company is not worth the bother

Booked a clean with maid in perth. They rang and cancelled the first booking on the day the clean was meant to be. Reschedule to the next week and an hour before clean get a call saying they have to Reschedule again as the person had a car accident (seems to be the excuse they use). So cant rate their cleaning abilities but the worst customer service and won't bother booking with them again.

Booked for a house inspection clean due to myself having a knee injury and unable to clean myself, They turned up and got right in to it and did an amazing job. Beyond satisfied :)

When we started our AirBnB we were concerned about being able to clean the house after every booking. Patrick's team have taken that concern away from us completely, providing an amazing service to us and our guests. They have enabled us to relax and enjoy the whole experience.We use the service about once a week, and couldn't rate them highly enough.Patrick is always very easy to communicate with, very helpful and very professional.The Linen service is amazing.Thank you guys - Keep up the great work

I've been using Maid In Perth for about two years now and they have been fantastic! I have a semi-regular clean and they generally send the same cleaning team which i like as i get to know them and feel comfortable having them in my home. They always check before they leave if i'm happy with everything and i've never had an issue with them being unreliable (like lots of other businesses)!

Maid in Perth was a groupon coupon that my brother purchased intending to use it for a general clean up. He then has a stroke and was found laying on the floor next to his bed, 2 days later. He survived and is also well into recovery. So when he was nearly due to go home , I managed to contact Maid in Perth and they were very kind and amazing. They organised a carpet cleaner (for where my brother had fallen) and then removed all the furniture outside and thoroughly cleaned the place which made it more welcoming for my brother. I did have to pay extra for the carpet but that was absolutely fair. The took notes as to where things went and returned all the furniture to where it was. Thanks Guys. Great job!

Great job by Patrick and the team. Always keen to go the extra mile to leave the place looking great.Another great clean by the team. Patrick responded to my request on Saturday night and by Sunday the cleaners were out.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Appalled. Was beyond disappointed. Was so looking forward to the clean and they didn't show up and claimed it was a different date despite me having proof of the day I booked for. They then cancelled the service altogether without asking me.

Terrible service attitude! On Scoopon, wasted weeks to call to get 1 time call back with a promise to call us back to confirm a booking time. Then never ever call back. Wasted so much time on them. Scoopon gave me a refund after they could not follow up with this service.
