I'm not sure about you but I only hear from people bad experiences about catteries being dark,dingy and unclean and not the best places ..This place however is like a PALACE for cats absolutely unbelievable ...fresh air ,beautiful spaces for the cats, and so so clean !.I was so so happy with my cats experience coming here and she was so relaxed upon pick up and in perfect condition .After finding this little gem there is nowhere else I will ever go it's just fantastic!, if my cat could talk she would say so too !!Thank you Felicity!

Felicity and Valerie did a wonderful job of looking after my precious Mimi. It is the first time she had been away from family in her whole life, nearly 20 years. I was so worried, but seemingly needlessly. Mimi was happy and healthy on my return and the videos while I was away were very reassuring. I would definitely recommend.

Jimmy was very well cared for and made a friend named Casper. They would go out to their separate balcony and have a good cat chat. Felicity would answer my text promptly and even sent a video of Jimmy in his apartmentWill definitely recommend Simply Purrfect

Felicity was really lovely and it was clear as soon as I arrived with my baby Mishka that she would be in good hands. Crazy cat people are the bestest kind of people. My Mishka has special needs and has a bit of an attitude. She's also on medication. Felicity and her team did a great job caring for my baby. Next time Mishka might even let her pat her. Thank you again for taking care of Mishka. Her behaviour was completely normal when I came home. She was just extra smoochy which I absolutely love. 5 stars and will definitely come again!

10/10 recommend. We left our beautiful 11 month old rag doll with Felicity and she did a wonderful job taking care of her. We required a cattery quite last minute and Felicity was very accomodating and able to fit us in for 12 days with only a few days notice. She sent frequent videos and updated on Chloe as this was her first cattery experience. Upon pickup, Chloe was very chatty and happy, lost no weight and seemed very relaxed. Would recommend this place to anyone and to top it off very affordable!

Looks like renovations are in progress however the cat enclosures are very clean with lovely clean bedding - my cat had 2 - and toys provided. Have been a few times before and will definitely return

Our kitty has stayed here multiple times. He is always looked after very well, fed his favourite food and loves the indoor/outdoor room with ramps and lots of places to snooze in the sunshine

Just Love this beautiful Cattery. My cat Hector has been boarding here for 7 years. First owners were Steve and Carol just the best people ever.Now Felicity has taken over and she is a special cat lover like myself.It takes one to know one. My cat is greedy and is needing to have small portions as he gets fat and also mainly cooked food.I used to go overseas a lot for work with my hubby and I knew that he was being looked after so very well.
