Such a wonderful atmosphere, owner isn’t rude unlike below comment. Well no one who works there is rude. I’ve been a client of all services provided and can not recommend them enough.

My son spent 6 months growing his hair out to go for his first hairdressing salon cut and style. He was excited and we had discussed beforehand that he could look through pictures at the salon to pick a style he wanted with his curly hair.I didn't get the name of the woman who served us. She was impatient, rude, pushy and very unprofessional. When we asked for her advice on what would be a good cut for him, taking into account he had grown his curls out for 6 months leading up to this moment, she responded she would just shave it off.We asked for pictures, books, magazines, and she kept telling us it would be pointless looking at pictures because she was just going to shave it off regardless.My son is the kid that doesn't want to make a fuss. He hates people fussing over him as it makes him feel shy and awkward. So in his anxiety he thought he had no choice but to agree to shave his beautiful curls off.He now has no curls, and a bad experience at his first hairdressing salon experience in years. And he will now be starting high-school with a shaved head. Seriously unhappy with this service, professionalism and complete disregard for the person who is having to wear the hair style until it grows back. Won't be returning.

My 14 year old daughter and I came here, and we both found the owner Lucy to be very rude. The prices are high, and the attitude and friendliness low.

I have had amazing service by the ladies at the newly refurbished shop The Collective" over the past few years. I don't have a lot of experience with hair so I let the girls decide what colours and cuts might suit my face best and I have never walked out disappointed! Always welcomed with a smile

Always love coming to The Collective! The staff are amazing and I leave happy every time I come here. I travel 2 hours just to have all my colours and cuts from here, love it! Thank you girls xx
