I purchased a 2 post hoist for thinner concrete, unfortunately my concrete was too thin. They gave me the option to return he hoist for a small fee or keep the hoist & pay a very small call out once the concrete was done.True to their word after the concrete was done they returned & installed the hoist for a very small charge considering the time spent.I am very happy with the hoist, the service & communication.

After the installation of my 2 post hoist was completed, a manufacturing fault was found. Tufflift carried out interim repairs, so I had the use of the hoist until the issue was resolved. I was offered a couple of solutions and received regular updates on the progress. Great product with exceptional customer service and after sales support.

Fantastic service from the team at Tufflift. Darryl was very patient and detailed in his advise over a series of phone call pre purchase, and post sale/pre install Maria was fantastic in keeping me up to date with the process. Mick did the install on site, he was on time, friendly and he was exceptional in making sure he understood what I wanted and even double and triple checked with me before each stage of the installation. The lift itself is top notch (EEC-9). Highly recommend.

Was hard to pay for because ihad several australia post gift cards whitch where 25th anervsary from my work and birthday we that sorted out.The oil bung from the bottom of the off side ram leaksand left a big oil stainon mr new concretefloor. I cant work out how to fix apart from that i am very happy with the hoist

After sales service is horrible. Was told that they would put in an urgent request to repair the hydrolic oil leak and have someone there that day as the hoist was only installed one month prior and use of it is the primary income for my business.2 weeks and no return call or a technician on site.... terrible!

Purchased hoist from this mob.Was recommended when purchasing.POOR after salesStarted to leak at the piston within 12 months.Not reported until 6 months out of warranty as hoist not used often. Only leaking when operating.Replacement parts were out of stock. Which is fine. It happens.Not willing to cover full replacement parts and labour charges.Poor quality. Considering only used handful of times wouldn’t recommend.2 stars as they have returned my call.Still wouldn’t buy again.

I cannot fault anything, from my first inquiry to pickup and after we got it home they were happy to answer any questions. The kids were happy with the caps and stickers that were thrown in too. The hoist is awesome. Can't recommend tufflift highly enough.

BEST HOIST AROUND...! VERY Solid and well built. Installation staff know exactly what they are doing. Explained the workings before leaving. Installer was on time, polite and knowledgeable. Sales staff were helpful and prompt. Would recommend Tufflift to everyone who wants to buy a good hoist.

great job very competent installer which boosts my confidence, no dramas phoned on Monday ,done on Wednesday. With a limit switch I just send my classic skyward without a worry and my day car fits right where it used to
