Untrustworthy liars. Promised us that it would be no sale no fee, made no effort at all to sell the property, then when we finally decided to change real estate agencies, May Wang and John Catanziriti (Director of Ray White Preston) claimed that they had told us there would be fees even if they didn’t sell the property for us. John was extremely rude to myself and my wife and is the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. DO NOT trust these liars, don’t let them waste your time and energy. Changing to a new real estate agency has been the best decision we have made.

One star is too generous for Ray White Preston. I would avoid these guys like the plague. Specifically, May Wang and John Catanzariti. They will make false promises and straight up lie (for example in relation to fees) as they did with us. Avoid headaches with these guys and go straight to Jellis Craig. They found us a buyer within two weeks and were honest and open about the fees involved from the beginning.
