The guys are great at this place active. I have been there a few times now. I got my new glasses done there and the service and care was great. I felt that there was a lot of care given to my specific needs and the service was very responsive. Will be going back there today!

I went to these guys last week due to an incredibly painful scratch on my cornea. I'd never been before but they were super helpful and caring, and got me in quickly to see the Optometrist.The Optometrist conducted the examination in a professional and friendly manner, as well as giving me quick answers to what had happened. I was given advice for how to care for it, eye drops and similar.Popped back in a few days later for a checkup and it has almost completely healed. I have no more pain and was given reassurance about one remaining symptom and told to return if it continues.I've never had a better experience with an optometrist and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They've made a new customer out of me!Thanks so much guys!

Is there a better Eyecare & Hearing business around? I don't think so!! The team at Oxford are fantastic, caring, & are more like family than a business. I can't think of a better company to look after your eyecare. They are the best.

This is the first time I have visited by following reviews from google and I am giving 5 stars as customer service is amazing and eye service is fantastic.The optometrist Mr Ernest Tobia is really gentle and explains everything.

Exceptional care and service. Our family’s designated eyecare specialist for over 11 years, and we have always been very happy with the service we received. The prescriptions are the most accurate and comfortable. The selection of frames are contemporary and stylish.Highly recommend.

I have been going to these guys for over 20 years now. They are very professional and caring. They do a thorough health check of your eyes which is important to me as I have a family history of macular degeneration.They do not force you to buy new glasses if you don't need them, only if that is your choice. I would certainly recommend them.

This team is like a dream team in the world of optometry. After seeing different optometrist and not finding glasses that worked for my eyes, I'm so pleased to have tried Oxford Eyecare. Professional, caring, friendly and knowledgeable, each person looked after me with from start to finish. John Parsons was thorough with the checks and great at ensuring that my eyes felt comfortable with the end product, Bronwyn answered all the details with costs and helped picked glasses that fit on my Asian nose/face and Matthew made sure it all fitted perfectly - which I have never had to that level of detail before. Highly recommend them!

I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism, welcoming/friendly nature of the staff, who I believe are genuinely concerned and invested in the well-being of clients. I have received first class care, very sound advice, and absolutely no pressure selling. I've only been there a handful of times to date, but certainly enough to be able to leave this unbiased review. If I ran an optometry service I'd be looking to hire these people.
