The service from Pooled Energy is absolutely appalling. My mother went with this system and was promised better water quality, lower power bills and less hassles. None of this has been delivered. Her pool has not been able to be used most of this summer because of the poor water quality.She has made numerous attempts with Pooled Energy to get this resolved but nothing ever happens other than more empty promises and no action.Very disappointing result after such slick marketing promises.UPDATE7 Feb 2020 - confirm contact made and trying to get issues resolved.

Using Pooled Energy has reduced my electricity bill by about 15%. One of the best things about using Pooled E is that they will deliver the salt to my home & put the salt in the pool. The salt bags from Bunnings weigh 20kgs, very heavy for a senior man.Happily my pool has never looked cleaner & now has a wonderfully clear sparkle to the water that I was never able to achieve before. We have been using Pooled Energy now for almost 2 years and have not looked back (recommended by a friend who is also very happy). We use to have to get our water checked regularly - and invariably every visit to the pool shop resulted in a prescription of what we needed to add to the pool (almost always had to add acid; or salt; phosphates; top up with chlorine etc). The cost was significant. Now we never have to go to the pool shop and the water has never gone green in all that time - and we essentially do nothing. Once or twice a year we add salt and then the chemicals Pooled Energy sends us.The water quality is also much better than it was previously - softer and gentler on skin/eyes.You don't save on electricity - that is one thing we noticed, but you do save on pool maintenance. 6 months ago we installed solar so our electricity bill has become negligible so all we pay now is effectively the monthly Pooled Energy maintenance fee.The Pooled Energy app is also great - give you water temp, prompts you when you need to backwash etc.Overall very happy.

We’ve had major issues with Pooled Energy over 6 months that they have resolved using the software and getting chemical mix correct. Jury is out on energy savings. Water is much better from a chemical POV but our pool cleaning company do own thing and add more chemicals. The staff have tried hard to resolve issues but often communication has been poor. Now all working okay.

I am really happy with service Pooled Energy provided to me so far. I joined this company since 2019 and ever since then I had less problem with my pool, less going to the pool shop, less contacting the local pool technician. Whenever I have any problem, I know Pooled Energy team are always there to help me to fix problem in a short time. Yesterday I signed up my second property with Pool Energy again. The sales, Lucas W was very professional and friendly, he was not only looking after me as an existing customer by offering me the generous discount, also offered advices for my both pools . I definitely recommend Pooled Energy to my friends and family.

I became a customer of Pooled Energy over three years ago and have been a very happy customer ever since. I am happy with the electricity prices and feel great about the small contribution I making to use power more efficiently. However, for me, the main attraction has been pool maintenance. Prior to joining it was a struggle to maintain the pool to an acceptable standard, even with the help of pool guys. Since installing the system it has been pretty much set and forget". The pool is always sparkling and it's hassle-free. I have recommended the service to lots of friends and continue to do so."

We have been with Pooled Energy for nearly 3 years and we are very happy with the service. Finally I don't have to rely anymore on recommendations from pool shops who are always trying to sell you more stuff and chemical, even if you don't need it! The energy consumption to run the filter has also been reduced, thanks to the sophisticated software that control the pump. We use less chemical, less electricity, the water is crystal clear, and we can control the pool functions and water quality with the Pooled Energy app. Love it.

About 8 years ago we had our pool renovated by Immaculate Pools and we were very pleased with the result. Just recently they contacted us as agents of Pooled Energy to make an appointment to inform us how we could save on pool running costs. Lucas W was punctual and explained to us how we could save electricity by changing the chemical composition of the pool so that the pump could run for fewer hours. He also explained how Pooled Energy would monitor the pool and then inform us of any problems or needs. Being energy conscious, we signed up. Matt, installed the equipment needed and he was also prompt, friendly and very helpful. Soon after we had a problem relating to our equipment (the Chlorinator), a text was sent to inform us. I rang ‘Support’ and was guided through it patiently by Anthony, who is also a credit to this company. Lucas W has rung and texted on about five occasions to see how we are going and to make sure that everything is OK. Most salespersons are never heard from again.And so how good is it? The water has been clear, the pump is running many hours less per day, I have received a text when required; my only task is to keep the pool clean and occasionally add some assigned chemicals. There is also an app that allows the pool to be monitored 24/7. Although it is early days, I am thoroughly impressed with the service of the product and the friendly, helpful people of Pooled Energy.

Pooled Energy keeps my pool running perfectly. I now enjoy it after years of struggling to maintain it . I can sit back and have the pool I always wished for! It's so simple with Pooled Energy and their app to keep up with my pool from home or away with confidence that the water quality is perfect and that it operates smoothly at the most effective price , saving me both time and money. Their friendly staff are on hand to answer queries and do maintenance and upgrade equipment so all my pool needs are taken care of.

Since switching to Pooled Energy in October 2020 my pool has never looked better. The installation and customer service team have been great to deal with and the onboarding process was quick and easy. My electricity bill has come down and other than a few bags of salt and the six monthly chemicals pack (which was delivered to my door) I haven't had to add anything to the pool. Highly recommended for anyone looking to take the stress out of pool ownership.
