Fantastic pharmacy. Pete, Bel and the team are so knowledgeable and kind - my go to for medical support for my family (including my medically complex child). The compounding pharmacy is a wonderful new addition - Pete was able to make up my daughter’s new script without the lactose (she’s intolerant) that the medication usually contains.

Family on holidays from Western Australia and I accidentally forgot my sons medication that he cannot go without. I called around other Pharmacies in Noosa who hadn’t heard of the medication and seemed uninterested in helping. Luckily I called Peregian Springs Live Life, Peter was happy to investigate the medication and they were able to provide us with a version that would tide us over until we got home. We had the script emailed from WA and this pharmacy were a fantastic help and we were able to enjoy our holiday.Thank you so much for being so helpful and not fobbing us off, it is greatly appreciated. I amend positively my review as the follow up on google and at the pharmacy has been perfectly handled by Pete.Confusion and misunderstanding can happen, the most important being the acknowledgment of the situation.Thank you for your care Pete. We understand now that technically those 2 products are interchangeable. We just needed to know it and not discover it after 1 day of treatment which has created panic.Just discovered that we have been sold an eye drop instead of ear drop for a very inflamed and painful otitis. This is unacceptable. I was wondering why the pain was not improving...
